NOTES FOR TYPICAL TUSCAN COOKING CLASSES: on Wednesdays May 1st, July 24th and December 25th no classes available. Extra classes with special summer menu available on Wednesday July 24th (afternoon), Thursday July 25th (morning) and Friday July 26th (afternoon). On Thursdays November 7th, 14th and 28th we offer special classes with focus on white truffles. On Monday December 23rd and Thursday 27th (afternoon) we offer a special classes with focus on Christmas specialties. On Thursday November 21st (afternoon) we offer a special class for Thanksgiving. NOTES FOR PASTA & PIZZA COOKING CLASSES: From March 21st through April 18thand from October 3rd through October 31st this class on Thursdays starting at 10:30 am. From May 2nd through September 26th this class is on Thursdays starting at 3 pm. No classes available on Thursdays April 25th, July 25th and August 15th. In low season only private classes available.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation by travelers, they are requested to contact the agency via fax or e-mail immediately. In the schedule below you can find the percentage related to the entire amount that will be retained depending on the number of days preceding your arrival date.

In case of cancellation by the travel agency for accidental reasons, minimum number of participants not reached or circumstances beyond the agency’s control, the travel agency will refund the customer the entire amount already paid.
