The plan… • Study what has been across the planet • Identify sizing for optimum Canadian installations • Choose the best location (opportunity/risk mitigation) • Develop roadmap • Design a template for IRR solutions (14 core potentials) • Select premium technology providers • Build a business plan around the two established revenue
streams • Lock EVERYTHING down • Get it funded • Build it • Build 125 copies of Catalyst One across the country. • Get wealthy!
Seems simple enough!
The reality
• When you are first, NOTHING is certain • When you eliminate or mitigate all of the
known issues… new ones will be created • Status quo is a common defence of not
changing • Fear is a common barrier to progress
My recommendations
• Never do anything for one reason • Have multiple layers of success indicators • Engineer “give” points in your plan to
control where the blow out occurs • Have layers of support for your plan • Plan for perfection • Prepare, to be sure of survival
