including the active and dedicated production department
in the heart of Monaco, is the result of DANIELA BOUTSEN’s
personal passion for decoration, her extensive knowledge and
unique talent in this industry.
Our passion is providing our clients with the most comprehensive
interior decoration solutions together with a professional service
that is unsurpassed in the world today.

This dream became a reality after a client
commissioned her to take care of the interior
decoration of his Airbus A319CJ. Daniela
coordinated everything from the pillows, fl ower
vases and tableware to the fi nal cashmere throws.
As a result, having encountered all that comes
with the completion of large aircraft, the
concept of Boutsen Design was born.
That moment marked the beginning of Daniela’s
second career, where her passion for Art de la Table
was fi nally fulfi lled with the inauguration of
Boutsen Design at the Dubai Airshow in 2012.

It was created with a clear vision to perform this
work to the utmost perfection.
In January 2016, Boutsen Design offi cially extended
its expertise to yacht decoration with the l
aunch of its yachting division. This new addition
to the company ensures a dedicated focus
on the particular decorating needs of our
yachting clients.
We have researched and sought out the most
desirable and practically useful products, in order
to off er our yachting clients a truly unique portfolio
of choices.
From an early age, Daniela loved art and beautiful
objects. It was during her apprenticeship at the
renowned KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur),
the Royal Porcelain Manufacture in her native Berlin,
that Daniela’s passion for the very fi nest tableware
and ‘Art de la Table’ was born.
Daniela is married to former Formula 1 champion
Thierry Boutsen, who together founded the aircraft
sales and acquisitions company Boutsen Aviation
with a dream to position themselves at the forefront
of the preowned aircraft sales market. To date, they
have sold over 366 aircraft and are highly respected
for their ethics and performance.
While Thierry led the front end operations, Daniela
managed the back offi ce side of the company, but
her dream for art and design lingered.

Our Showroom is situated at 40 rue Grimaldi,
adjacent to its recently inaugurated new offi ces, just
a stone’s throw away from the Monaco harbour area.
It is supported by a dedicated Logistics Center.
The Concept Store, located at the General Aviation
Terminal at Nice Airport, is one of only three
premium shops in this prime location. It serves the
function of a retail space, enabling on site purchasing

We have supplied the bespoke tableware and decoration for the private dining room and guest cabins, amongst other items and are privileged to be based in this superb
location every year during the Monaco Yacht Show.
