Other promising data showed a decrease in the number of months of remaining supply. ere was an existing supply of 57 months inventory for homes and condos priced greater than $2 million on December 31, 2009 compared with a supply of 77 months at the end of December, 2008. Buyers continue to respond to the excellent values that are now being offered by home sellers.
