THE FACTORYautomation of the various productionphases certainly enabled the leap forwardin quality and could guarantee a continualdevelopment process. Machinery governedby sophisticated software, guaranteeproduct standardisation. Special robotscarry out welding operations on all thedifferent points of the body without havingto remove it from die plane, thus reducingthe margin of error to a minimum. In order to be able to propose chassiswhich are always cutting edge and

Tony Kart was founded in 1958 and wasone of the first companies to follow theAmerican fashion of karting, forming acraftsmen production of chassis for karts. In 1983, with the entry of new management,a radical change took place within thecompany which, thanks to new investmentsin research and production cycles, its imagewas continually reinforced, rapidly cominginto the limelight of the World kartingscenario. The help of specialised personnel and the

competitive, Tony Kart dedicates enormouscare and importance to the study of newsolutions and to research into the latesttechnology. And it is exactly the avant-garde from thedesign and technological points of view, which represent the essence andcharacteristic of Tony Kart, perfectly inline with the conception of a moderncompany, where every decision is backedby a careful marketing study. BEGINNING TO RACEKarting is considered the “cradle” of motor sports, the first approach to theworld of four wheels and in many cases it can be the springboard to thehigher levels of car racing. In fact this discipline enables the drivers to develop experience from a veryyoung age, forming a healthy competitive spirit. If you have already understoodthat this is your passion, throw yourselves into it to enjoy the experience, because it is never too early or too late to enjoy the emotion of goingaround the track.

MICROIt is possible to begin at

7 years of age onthe lovely littleMicro, a smallkart designed

and tested especiallyto introduce small

children to the motoringworld and to transform in this way, a

game into a passion. The Micro has a 50cc engine and a mechanical

braking system.

ROCKYAt nine years of age you move up to the Mini Kart, the entry level to the world of racing, the first machine you canuse to participate inreal competitions.

For this category,Tony Kart, recommends

the Rocky chassis. It is registered on a national level and

has a 60cc engine with the choice ofeither an hydraulic or mechanical braking system.

SPRINTThe first step in the sprint class, using a gearless engine, can be taken atthe age of 13 in the Junior category. The drivers begin to show their driving skills, taking part in the firstinternational races, and then moving on to ICA at the age of 15. The higher

levels, FA and FSA, represent a further step forwardand the highest expression of the class, where soft

tyres are used which allow high levelperformance. The majority of drivers

in the international motor racing field, including many Formula 1

drivers, have raced in thesecategories, winning many

and important titles.

Particularly suitablefor FA and FSAare the newly CIKhomologated TonyKart chassis: Venox and Krypton.

VENOX SPRINTThe Venox chassis is suitable for soft tyresand is at the top of the Tony Kart range andcutting edge technology. The frame, withCrMo 30 to 32 mm diameter steel tubing, between two side members with varying30-32 mm diameters, results in a softfront carriage and a rigid rear axle. Thisparticular technology, named B-TECH, hasbeen used for the first time in the kartingworld. Like all the chassis in the Tony Kartline, Venox can be supplied with ultra lightcomponents, such as magnesium; doublecircuit hydraulic brakes and bodyworkswhich comply with all the internationalfederation standards.

• Homologation: CIK FIA 54/CH/08• Chassis CR-MO - Ø 30-32• B-TECH technology: bi-diametric tubing• Axle 50 Ø x 2mm thick• Double circuit hydraulic brake system• Rear brake disk self-ventilated• Front and rear chassis height adjustment • Caster adjustment with the proper eccentric

washers• Steering wheel covered in anti-slip material• Magnesium accessories

KRYPTON SPRINTKrypton is more suitable for medium-softtyres, with a chassis using only 32 mmtubing and, like all those in the latest TonyKart range of chassis, is supplied with arear and front removable torsion bars.

• Homologation: CIK FIA 52/CH/08 • Chassis CR-MO - Ø 32mm• Axle 50 Ø x 2mm thick• Double circuit hydraulic brake

RACER SPRINTRacer is a chassis whose frame has 30mm diameter tubing, a characteristicwhich makes it particularly suitable forthose categories using medium-hardtyres.

Karting however should not be looked at only from the extreme competition point of view, and therefore Tony Kart dedicates some of its products to a less demanding public, whopractise this sport as a hobby. Here we have then, Eikon and Psylo, two chassis for those who like to drive with or withouta gear box; provided with aluminium accessories and mono-pump brake.

EIKONRealised using 30mm cross-section tubes and available with 40 or 30 mm diameter axle,Eikon is particularly suitable for use with medium- hard tyres.

SHIFTERThe shifter is the category where performance of the karts is much higher. The engines, equipped with 6 speed gear boxes, are in fact capable of developing

high power, while the chassis havebrakes on the front carriage, in

consideration of the high speedthey are able to reach.

The Tony Kart chassis forthis class are the shifterversions of Venox andKrypton. In line with the characteristicsof Tony Kart products, they are provided with, amongst other things, frontand rear chassis heightadjustment; adjustment ofthe caster with the propereccentric washers and 50mm diameter axle. Venoxand Krypton in the shifterversion have magnesiumaccessories and front andrear removable torsionbars.
