Turn your head 45degrees to affectedside while sitting. Place a pillow atedge of your bed.
Lie back quickly andcarefully on your backwith your head resting
slightly extended 30degrees off bed.
Turn your head 90degrees without lifting
your head up.
Turn your body andhead together another90 degrees so you are
looking towardfloor/bed.
Sit up slowly, rotatehead back to neutral
and don't move for 60seconds.

your eyes fixed on your thumb (or playing card).
Rotate your head 45 degrees the opposite way
while maintaining your eyes fixed on your thumb.
increase your speed (controlled) and remove the pause at the centre position (continuous movement)add a busy 'background' behind your thumb (or playing card), e.g. wallpaper or painting behind your thumb.walk slowly while doing the exercisewalk down a hallway while doing the exercisegently bounce up and down while seated on an exercise ball while doing the exercise
