Place a pillow at edge of your bed. Lie back quickly and carefully on your back with your head resting slightly extended 30 degrees off bed. Turn your head 90 degrees without lifting your head up. Turn your body and head together another 90 degrees so you are looking toward floor/bed. Sit up slowly, rotate head back to neutral and don't move for 60 seconds. Hold each position for 30-60 seconds (or until symptoms subside) perform 3 times/day keep eyes open during each movement sleep in upright position (chair) for 48 hours after success to help prevent relapse, sleep on unaffected side TIPS:
