Laser SuppliesVector TablesThe ideal tool for vector cutting, the vector grid reduces backside burning by lifting the material offthe table and supporting it on an aluminum honeycomb grid. The flow through ventilation belowhelps prevents the build-up of smoke and heat making your laser perform at it’s optimum settings.By using a vector table you will help achieve crisp edges because the beam passes completelythrough the material. Corner/Edge Drilling Fixture

When you need to make a hole in the corner of a plate, you usually have to spend a considerable amount of time mea-suring to insure correct positioning. Change the distance from corner or edge on the next job and the routine starts allover again. What if it was as easy as, falling off a log? Now it is just that easy, with our new Corner/Edge DrillingFixture, coupled with a dedicated bench drill press. A simple drill press can be purchased for under $70. Set it up permanent for just this purpose. Edge/Corner settings are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", and 1-1/8”. Accomplish1/16" increments very easy with 1/16" thick insert - see lower left picture. Note the ability to stack parts up to 3/4" thick.

When you engrave, do you cut a proper depth in some areas but hardly scratch the surface in others? Chances are,your table is not level. Even with a nose, variations of greater than .020" are hard to compensate for. The more yourtable is out of level, more compression is necessary to achieve consistent engraving depth. If your table is as muchas .020" off, think of the amount of compression you’re putting on the nose. Also, remember the harder you push,the heavier your ghosting. Your spindle also has to travel .020" further than it needs to on every downstroke—thismeans time, which equals money.

Most tables are out of level from between .006" to .030". Now you can increase the quality and consistency of yourwork. The Level Indicating Fixture can determine the flatness of your table. Easy-to-follow instructions included.
