All present things are impermanent.Transitory intellectual form are rich only for appearance. From the creation of human to all sentient beings all arepolicy of birth, old age, death of the cycle of impermanent existence.Nobody can stop this. The world knows the present form, past form, Arhat soul form, supreme being form, non beingform. These three forms has already made the world unsteady. The true knowledge Maitriya knowledge has notbeen recognized by anybody. The soul Maitreya knowledge has its own guidance. But the policy of the world is notSupreme Being. It does not change it's philosophy in its essence. But all philosophy, the philosophy of religion is

talking about the same thing. All human beings are unable regarding the religion and Bedha philosophy. Some keptdoing some doing following the religion Beda and the whole life was repent. All religious text will find a different onewhile the same form philosophy. Those who get guidance will be submerged in practical selfish attitude but the glorybetween soul and super soul will never end. If the maitreya knowledge between the soul and super soul is recognizedthe wrong karma element of the world can be destroyed. But the world is submerged in its own selfish aim andnobody could keep the search of soul and the super soul in their heart. Today the world is in search of non violenceand guidance in the form of kindness and maitreya. That could not be found from anywhere but today the world is frightened, terrorized and restless by the name ofmaterialism. If this war generation is changed again the world will if that is obtained by the same form philosophydhyanmarga I have been following. I will bring to light thousands of Buddhist texts, Buddhist guidance throughmeditation. In today's world there is the maitreya idea between soul and the super soul that is going thin and slow. The weakness between human beings is getting respect less and devotion less because of kali yuga.Because ofmomentary happiness the maitri feeling between soul and the super soul has already been forgotten. All momentaryaddiction form philosophy and material form philosophy will leave religion philosophy one day. But the repentance ofwhole life will become blue sky form that comes after death.

If we have the knowledge of maitri between the soul and super soul because of one's spiritual power the subtleknowledge can be seen after death. I have gained the guidance of the whole life through hard meditation philosophy. The knowledge that is gained through dedication will be improved in practical knowledge. To liberate all sentientbeings as well as to show the world the way to peace, all human beings monk knowledge kem kempo dharmafollowers I will speak about maitreya knowledge form philosophy. Unless there is enlightened wisdom between allsentient beings, I have already dedicated my life for the helpless sentient beings. This mahayan or maha Ampa dharma is not only for myself but it is for the liberation of all helpless beings. I havebeen meditating with lot of difficulty and I have become the Guru of all dharma or the first dharma of all which issrawan dharma. Second from among the dedication dharma Bodhisattwa which means I have become the Guru toliberate all helples beings. Hundreds of Jimphen Buddha means the Maitry Buddha.Hundred Jimphen Semkoi meansall the sentient beings who have the feeling of Maitry. The second form philosophy Maha Ampa dharma or mahayanyanik. While looking at the form philosophy of the whole world from meditation philosophy point of view the instance formwill be improved and changed. While changing the whole sentient beings don't be unsatisfied evil. This is the formphilosophy of the whole world which keeps changing. If properly guided, if helpless sentient beings are liberated, if

proper guidance for liberation and siddhi is provided for the worldly knowledge the helpless sentient beings theworldly knowledge that liberates the helpless sentient beings this is the non soul maitry knowledge which liberatesand gives miraculous power.Riddi Siddhi May all beings be happy.

I have taken refuge in the Great Great Vehicle that is Yampa Dharma

I have taken refuge in all Dharma, Sangha

I greet all Buddha lineages and take refuge. Keeping in mind, in accordance with the time of each society, publicsentiment, the country and birth and stay, while meditating and practicing for the purpose of attaining peace forlivelihood, I have dedicated my whole life, body and speech for suffering beings. The day was auspicious and the boy was age six or seven. That boy was of silent thought and noble feeling. One dayat the request of the god of sleep the boy saw in a vision a great person preaching. That great person was wearing awhite robe, his complexion was white and light was coming out of his body and speech came out of him, “Look here

human being why have you come? That boy had gone to visit that great man. Then he also promised the boy whyhave you come ? who are you ? such speech was being heard. In that situation the answer was given by the boy. Hewas a mediator in his past life and his age was eight or nine. Then one miraculous scene occurred. There was avillage of the Tharu community at some distance from the village. One dead body was brought from that village forcremation at the bank of a river which is near the village. That boy was roaming with his friends near there. All of asudden the boy's sight went towards the funeral pyre. That light was burning in yellow and green flame. Day by daythat boy started to think that liberation will be achieved after death in the same manner. Insight of the previous

meditation got developed and the bright light of the body which was on the funeral pyre and the knowledge of themeditation of past life reminded him day and night. Gradually, after the knowledge of meditation path the need of onesolitary place was raised. In the beginning, starting from the seventh chakra while reaching at Brahma chakra. kleshaand Mara were destroyed and invisible lights entered into the body. The knowledge of Maitri of Lok and Alok hasbeen gained. The knowledge about the Lok and Alok can not be given to this Samsara (world) unless and until thegod gives order to do so. For this Samsara, I am abiding Dharma while being a Bodhisattwa keeping away fromundesired action (Akushala papa) keeping the Maitri Bhawana (noble thought) in mind one has to act good withkarma, speech and mind while being away from sexual misconduct, anger, and greed. From the Dhyana marga(meditation path) again God gave the speech. This troubled world is suffering because it is not getting Karuna(Compassion) because of ignorance caused by greed, anger, aversion, envy and attachment. The human beingshave taken the policy and tradition to destroy themselves as well as the god lineage. Let's make path of peace. Abideby nana ashana dharma by renouncing body, speech and mind for the sentient beings of the world which are in theform of consciousness is the first aim for world peace and liberation of sentient beings of the world being one pointedto concentration for the welfare of human beings Dharma. I will always provide pure guidance by taking seela, dharma and punya as daily routine

I have taken refuge in the liberator forever. I will change all conscious lost sentient beings into the path of liberationand mokchya by making them realize the thought of compassion by keeping in mind the world which is lingering inbetween the earth and the sky which has taken impermanent birth and wandering in the worldIt is not that there has been no noble truth knowledge in the world for the welfare of sentient beings. In all noblebeings policy, tradition, religion is being changed in a changed form. Wrong policy, tradition and religion has led allnoble beings towards separation. That is why it is one form of human beings of the world to accept good policy. Theparmatma element knowledge is the same. The world standing on one element. One element will destroy as well assave the world. If the whole world accepts one right religion I can light the light of peace. The whole world will be ableto touch the thought of each other. The knowledge of Dharma will provide guidance for non-violence, charity andcompassion and to liberate the sentient beings the human beings besides understanding this thought of friendshipwill be suffering because of desire and attachment created by ignorance. Human beings suffer because of worldlygreed. They are restless and in agony from the burden of evil deed. What is the meaning of human beings’ suffering? There is a problem understanding what the suffering of human beings is. We don't want to experience the suffering. In this impermanent world there is nothing that has no suffering. From birth to death, being human there is suffering.By not being successful in forgetting or renouncing desire, suffering humans are in the suffering world throughout life.

That's why in the world it is full of the law of injustice and untruth all struggling with the thought of desire. Likewise, itis a difficult thing to take the path of human welfare. But human beings full of desire are suffering because of blindfaith. By always thinking about them, I will be absorbed in meditation by taking the form of a Bodhisattwa for theliberation of all sentient beings suffering in the cycle of this world until all of them get enlightenment.May all beings be happy.Teachings given on 2065/07/25 B.C(2008/11/10 A.D)Second meditation land,Halkhoria, Bara, NepalTranslated by Mukesh Lama/Raju Mani Gurung

Prayers of Kunchu Sum, the three divine beings.Peace among all living creaturesand for the spiritual welfare of mankind, this is a message:I salute all religious seekers.I salute all monks.

And I salute all religious sangha.Since I have received a command from the Bhagavan of the three jewels to liberate and uplift humankind and thecreatures of the world, I have abided by the promise to free the transient world from the ocean of emotions, and tofree the world from worldly ignorance; I have been contemplating single mindedly to free human kind and all livingcreatures. All sentient beings want to be liberated from worldly sorrows and pains. But by birth they are not

Page 4: The Eleven Maitri Precepts

equipped as humankind to seek after spirituality and get freed. They are also praying to Bhagavan. They are glad tobe in this world. Humankind are creating traditions that will destroy the entire humanity and living creatures. In thename of religion; killings, violence, anger, jealousy and divisions are being promoted. There is only one atma (higherself); this has one form; the higher self of all humans is the same, only the tradition and customs are different.

Always embrace the path of mercy, compassion, non-violence, peace; this is the message I want to convey to oursociety and to all the citizens of the world. A true Dharma, the true human Dharma, will always search for truth. Thesearch for truth is the only beneficial way of humans. Despite the existence of thousands of paths; chaos, greed,

attachment, anger, and jealousy have imprisoned our society and humankind. In this way the world is headingtowards destruction. So it is high time that the citizens of the world take this into consideration. Humans should neverforget their ultimate religious duty and their society. Refrain from killings, violence, greed, jealousy, attachments andevil character. Shed the tears of mercy and compassion; show to the world the way of liberation. After we die it isextremely difficult to return to a human life. People think that we don’t reincarnate after death. No, we receive ahuman life due to our virtuous work. We earn the fruits due to the merits of our work. Now the world is governed bythree forms. The first form is greed; the second form is anger; the third form is attachment and jealousy that are rulingthis world. May all the religious traditions change. All the religious people need to first find the Truth, and bycultivating mercy, compassion, non-violence, and peace in their hearts, they need to beautify the world with the wayof liberation. I will continue to contemplate and meditate on the liberation of living beings by being focused in my pathof wisdom until I find the ultimate form of enlightenment, the Samyak Sambodhi. Salute to the ultimate form ofenlightenment and may all beings be happy.

Murder, violence, greed, anger and temptation has made the human world a desperate place. A terrible storm hasdescended upon the human world, and this is carrying the world towards destruction. There is only one way to savethe world and that is through Dharma. When one doesn't walk the righteous path of Dharma, this desperate world willsurely be destroyed. Therefore, follow the path of Dharma and spread this message to your fellows. Never putobstacles, anger and disbelief in the way of my meditation’s mission.  I am only showing you the way; you must seekit on your own. What I will be, what I will do, the coming days will reveal. Human salvation, the salvation of all livingbeings, and peace in the world are my goal and my path. “Namo Buddha sangaya, Namo Buddha sangaya, namosangaya.” I am contemplating on the release of this chaotic world from the ocean of emotion, on our detachmentfrom anger and temptation, without straying from the path for even a moment, I am renouncing my own attachment tomy life and my home forever, I am working to save all living beings. But in this undisciplined world, my life’s practice

is reduced to mere entertainment. The practice and devotion of many Buddhas is directed at the world’s bettermentand happiness. It is essential but very difficult to understand that practice and devotion. But though it is easy to leadthis ignorant existence, human beings don’t understand that one day we must leave this uncertain world and go withthe Lord of Death. Our long attachments with friends and family will dissolve into nothingness. We have to leavebehind the wealth and property we have accumulated. What’s the use of my happiness, when those who have lovedme from the beginning, my mother, father, brothers, relatives are all unhappy. Therefore, to rescue all sentientbeings, I have to be Buddha-mind, and emerge from my underground cave to do “vajra” meditation. To do this I haveto realize the right path and knowledge, so do not disturb my practice. My practice detaches me from my body, mysoul and this existence. In this situation there will be 72 goddess Kalis. Different gods will be present, along with thesounds of thunder and of “tangur ,” and all the celestial gods and goddesses will be doing “puja” (worship.) So until Ihave sent a message, do not come here, and please explain this to others. Spread religious knowledge and religiousmessages throughout the world. Spread the message of world peace to all. Seek a righteous path and wisdom will beyours.Teachings given on 2064/04/17 B.C(2007/08/02 A.D)Second meditation land,

viśva śānti maitrī puja

dharma saṃgha

bodhi śravaṇa guru saṃghāya

namo maitrī sarva dharma saṃghāya

1. Following the Great Maitri Marga Guru, the GuruMarga and the Bhagvan Marga, absorbed in forgotten

feelings, making all Sangha friends, Dharma-lovers and followers that come and go, be Maitri Mangal –

lovingly fulfilled – and remembering this present Guru’s moment together; may all tormented souls on the

Marga of the Maitri Dharma have refreshing realization. Dharma is the only element that can support a

platform built to be directly with the Paramatma.2. And, may the suffering wandering souls being without feeling or direction be free from bondage as

soon as possible by heeding the fulfilling sound of the Great Maitri.

3. Just as the value of water corresponds to the degree of thirst; the value of the Dharma is assessed by

kindness, compassion, nonviolence, trust, belief, devotion, faith and an unwavering human life regarding

the Path.

4. To enter into the Dharma means to be absorbed in the path of mukti (freedom after death) and moksha

(liberation from the cycle of rebirth).

5. That path which does not have the element forming mukti and moksha can never even be accepted in

the true Dharma as being called a marga, and the Dharma not being in divided civilizations, is obtained in

the perfection of the Maitri knowledge of the bridge between the soul and the Paramatma.

6. It is impossible for humans remaining far from the knowledge of Maitri to attain true enlightenment no

matter what one is practicing.

7. In the end, all that may have appeared to be beneficial in this transient world will prove futile.

8. There is no separation in the lifecycles of countless beings and their coming and going, in the order of

the lokas (worlds), and in between the atma, anatma, and the Paramatma.

9. The Dharma is the rising and setting sun, the sky in which the stars shine, and the flowers blossoming

in nature.

10. In the end, the Dharma is to understand the transience of the moment of this passing world as though

waking up from a nightmare to find that in reality one is safe.

11. Rather than asking such questions as to what attributes a contemplative and intelligent person skillful

in the Dharma has, and what the role of religion is in the Dharma; why doesn’t a person make the inquiry

as to what one has given oneself through passion and attachments to worldly things?

12. Whether or not the way a person is following possesses the Tatva forming Mukti and Moksha is the

person’s own very personal internal quest.

13. Guru is fulfilling the Dharma: He is giving the Path to the world, but the person must make the journey

on the Path by oneself.

Page 6: The Eleven Maitri Precepts

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-eleven-maitri-precepts 6/7

14. Whether or not one is enlightened and what one has to bear is justly determined according to the

accumulated merit and other karma of the souls traveling on the Way being shown by Guru.

15. Even though it is natural for various pains and sorrows to occur on the Path, the crucial matter is the

reverence and faith towards the Guru Marga.

16. So be it, continue! The great realization of the omniscient wisdom of this Great Maitri Marga is perfect

being filled with the precious jewels of the Dharma Tatva (essence).

17. However people store empty words used in their past life, otherwise the Path of Enlightenment would

be realized very quickly by following the Guru Marga.

18. To stand on the Earth while resting in the sky remaining in human form together with the realization of

the Maitri Tatva of the pure appearance of the Paramatma’s own form - realizing including self all the

mysteries of the universe - is to be freed from the mind’s countless oceans of illusion having evaporated

like water into the open sky.

19. That which leads to the highest qualities of tatvas among all religions and Guru knowledge, having the

ability to extinguish former confusion throughout the world, is called the Maitri Dharma. In this way, the

primordial existence of all religions would all be on the path of Maitri Dharma itself.20. On the Maitri Marga, only by doing true practice of the Dharma until the last moment of life does a

person benefit the Dharma.

21. And with this Maitri message, I am giving (you) the 11 precepts to be free from all the defilements

within the whole human world.

1) Never discriminate on the basis of name, appearance, complexion, class, belief, community, power,

position, or qualification; even discard differentiating between the concepts of material and spiritual.

2) Being acquainted with the Eternal Dharma, the Path, and the Guru, respect all religions and beliefs.

3) Forsake lying, allegations, counter-allegations, belittling and spreading falsehood through baseless

gossip.

4) Forsaking philosophies or ways that make boundaries of divisiveness and difference of opinion, take

up the Satya Marga – The True Path.

5) Following the Satya GuruMarga – the True Guru Path – throughout life, renouncing evil actions, always

remain intent in union with the Guru Tattva – The Guru Essence.

6) Not having reached Enlightenment oneself, do not seek to prove what it is with clever words; and while

still in confusion, do not make others confused.

7) Renouncing such craven behavior as killing sentient beings and violence, consume wholesome food.

8) Do not hold narrow-minded opinions about people and countries on the basis of national identity.

9) Engaging oneself in the pursuit of the Satya GuruMarga – the True Guru Path – perform actions that

benefit the Earth.

10) When one realizes the Truth, the GuruMarga – the Guru Path – takes form, so achieve Enlightenment

for all Sentient Beings.

11) Staying in the highest and deepest state of Chitta – Pure Awareness – be free from all bondage by

having assimilated within the self these precepts.

22. Together with these 11 precepts being internalized by all the Sanghas, liberate all living beings

including self, and; may all realize this Satya Marga Gyan – the True Path of Wisdom.

23. Never lingering in the ego, running after worldly name and fame; humans should stay resolute in the

Page 7: The Eleven Maitri Precepts

remembrance of the Paramatma always keeping the feeling of maitri in the heart (atma).

24. The Guru Marga has descended to re-establish the true Dharma on the Earth after an interval of

ages.

25. As this golden moment has been realized by beings and plant life; may humans also be without

defilements and take virtuous benefit from this Maha Maitri Marga at the earliest!

       ।।

        ।।।

sarva maitrī maṃgalam ।।

astu tathāstu ।।।

May all beings be lovingly fulfilled.

So be it!
