Please join us every Wednesday for our weekly Oktoberfest meeting, at 8:15 in the After School Care Room. You don’t have to already be involved to attend. EVERYONE is welcome!

All homeroom classes with 100% student participation selling all five (5) family ticket books will EARN a non-uniform day!
TOP SELLING class awards (max. 1 per class) will also be awarded as listed below.
Top Overall Class: PK - 8th WINS a pizza party & 15 Oktoberfest game tickets per student
Top Lower Class: PK - 4th WINS an ice cream sandwich at lunch & 10 game tickets per student

Dinner will be provided by Vernon’s and will include:

Pre-Sale price is:
$5.00 for a child’s plate (includes choice of 1 meat)
$7.00 for an adult plate (includes choice of 2 meats)
Deadline to pre-order is Wednesday October 14th
Plate prices at the door will be $7.00 for a child’s plate/$9.00 for an adult plate

BABYSITTING
Available during the evening auction (6:15pm – end)
Ages PreK – 2nd grade in MDO rooms
Ages 3rd grade – 5th grade in the youth room
Space is limited due to room capacity. First come, first serve.
You must pre-register. Walk-ups will not be accepted. This is a “lock-in” situation. For the safety of all children, a parent is required
to sign their child(ren) in and out.
Please make sure your child has dinner before arriving. Pizza and a snack will be provided.
Cost:
Registration by October 9th - $20 per student
Registration by October 16th - $30 per student
Due to the Archdiocesan guidelines of chaperone/student ratio, registration on the day of
Oktoberfest (Oct. 17th) will not be allowed. Please do not wait to register your child.

OKTOBERFEST TICKET PRE-SALE!!!!!!!
Now is the time to get your order in for the pre-sale OKTOBERFEST game tickets.
The tickets are used for all games and concessions including cookie coffee booth.
Tickets are sold for .50 cents each. However if you order early, you receive 10 free tickets
for every $20 spent.
o $20 PRE-ORDER = 50 tickets
o $20 DAY of OKTOBERFEST = 40 tickets
The pre-order is only good in increments of $20 and is due no later than THURSDAY
10/15 AT 3PM.
If interested, please fill out the bottom portion of this letter and send it, with payment, in
an envelope (attn: Marion Horn) to the front office by the deadline.
You can pick up your tickets at the TICKET BOOTH, starting at 12:30pm on OKTOBERFEST
day.

Oktoberfest Jr. High Social Dear Parents:
We will be offering a social for the Jr. High students (6th – 8th grades). Snacks & drinks will be provided.
NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS OR IN THE GYM DURING THE AUCTION.
If you would like your child to be nearby, please sign them up for the social. Space is limited (first
come, first serve). No walk-ups will be accepted the night of Oktoberfest. This event is available
to currently enrolled Sacred Heart School students only. No high school students or non-
students will be allowed.
