We didn’t do nearly as well as we would have liked to on the first nine week benchmark assessments, but we plan to definitely do better this nine weeks. We are still working hard, and we have turned it up another notch this nine weeks because the standards are a little more difficult. Our goal is to become a C or better, but we need your help in ensuring that we reach our goal. This means that our students need to be here daily and on time daily. Remember that students should be here by 7:30 a.m. If they are not here by then, they will be listed as tardy. We also need your assistance in ensuring that your child is focused and ready to learn each day. We can accomplish this by ensuring that they get the proper amount of rest, and by providing the necessary motivation to help them be successful. That’s all for now. I look forward to next month! Principal’s Message

Greetings Mighty Eagles,

We are halfway through the second nine weeks. We didn’t do nearly as well as we would have liked to on the

first nine week benchmark assessments, but we plan to definitely do better this nine weeks. We are still working

hard, and we have turned it up another notch this nine weeks because the standards are a little more difficult.

Our goal is to become a C or better, but we need your help in ensuring that we reach our goal. This means that

our students need to be here daily and on time daily. Remember that students should be here by 7:30 a.m. If

they are not here by then, they will be listed as tardy. We also need your assistance in ensuring that your child is

focused and ready to learn each day. We can accomplish this by ensuring that they get the proper amount of

rest, and by providing the necessary motivation to help them be successful.

That’s all for now. I look forward to next month!

Parent Monthly Learning Walk

Parent Learning walk is when selected parents take a tour of the school and visit classrooms.

After the tour of the school parents come back together to complete a survey about what they

saw and exchange ideas of what can be changed

The Entering the Workforce Parent Workshop was a great success. Mrs Anthony (RCH)and Mrs

Shaw(MIBEST) provided parents with some important information.
