DRAMATIC RESULTS FROM AN AMAZING PRODUCT!

I drive a service truck at my regular job. When my truck required some brake repairs, I had to remove the cheap aluminum wheel covers that were on it. These wheel covers were heavily stained from about twoyears of brake dust and road grime. After just 20 minutes with DWG® Metal Polish and a piece of Berber carpet I had 4 brand new looking aluminum wheel covers. The results illus-trated in these ‘before and after’ pictures did not surprise me as I have used the metal polish on many items. The results are absolutely dramatic!

BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS – TIPS FROM THE BESTUNDERSTANDING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SPONSOR

It is your responsibility as a sponsor to train and support your new distributors. In your training, do not overlook the simple things in our business – things such as doing a 30-second demonst ration. Going through the Distributor Kit with your new distributor will help you cover basic needs of a distributor. You can teach your new distributor how to fill out the DRI WASH ‘n GUARD® application Form, an AutoShip order form, writing a retail and wholesale receipt, and go through the proper way to fill out the on-line Product shopping trolly and all the DWG® back office. We have to teach our distributors how to order their business cards, magnetic signs, banners, logo shirts, labels and A Frames, the DWG® tools are essential in the growth of your business. Remember, every bottle they sell MUST have their labels on it.

Now the fun begins. Take them out into the field and teach them how to “Squirt the Dirt TM.” After they watch you a couple of times, let them do one on their own. After they have completed their first demo, regroup and ana lyze what just happened. Talk about the good things and talk about what needs to change.

If you have a workshop in your area, be sure that your new distributors attend, if there isn't start a workshop. That way, they can see other excited distributors and know that they have a support team avail-able. They can also lea rn more about the compensation plan at the workshop. (If there is no workshop avail-able, then you will need to do a one-on-one to teach them about the compensation plan.)

Remember, it is your responsibility as a sponsor to keep them motivated. The rule that a new distributor always reports their demos to their sponsor. Find out from them where their own strong points are and their weak points are. You can learn a lot about your new distributor’s strengths and weaknesses from their demo reports alone.

As they go out to “Squirt the Dirt TM.”and talk about the business behind the bottle, give them the confi-dence and encouragement they need. Do not recreate the wheel. DWG’s formula for success has always been three demos a day, 6 days a week. In other words, go show the product! Have fun. Knowing Your Distributor’s GoalsWhy do you need to know your distributors goals? There are many reasons. Maybe you are tired of dragging people to meetings that don’t have any intension of building a business. Maybe you want to know who to spend your valuable time with. Maybe you would like to have a duplicateable way to teach goals. Maybe you would like a way for a distributor to tell you their goals freely and enthusi-astically? I am sure you can think of many more examples. What I am about to take you through will change the way you look at people in your business. What you are about to learn is a proven system that has already been implemented successfully building a successful Network Marketing business.

There are many issues about teaching goals setting. We know that we need to know what our distribu-tors goals are so that we can work more effectively with them. Most of us can’t or don’t do our own goals so we shy away from talking goals with others. Many of us dream but don’t know how to turn these dreams into goals and action. And last but not least we need a way to teach goals without setting false expectations.

In this business we are always talking about using processes that are highly duplicateable. Good goal setting and training is very complicated. It can go into all aspects of a person’s personal life, business, spiritual, social, and life's purpose. Very few people do this type of in-depth goal setting and fewer are capable of teaching it. Therefore it is not duplicateable. Since many people are shy about goal setting, they ask misleading questions like: How many of you would like to make $100,000 per year? Well everyone wants to make $100,000 per year so everyone would raise his or her hand. If you asked the question another way like: How many of you want to make $100,000 per year, want to give up seeing your family, watching TV, put everything they make back into the business, and work 19 hours per day? Very few hands will go up. Well what are we to do? We know that we need to know what our distributors goals are, we need a system that’s duplicateable. Here is a very simple straightforward method that describes five types of Distributors. In the end, the distributor enthusiastically will tell you which type of distributor they are. As you read through the five types of distributors, you’ll be thinking of which type of distributor you are. Your first feedback from this letter will be your “Distributor Type”Knowing your distributor type will help you better in the future.

Type #1; is someone that wants to “Get the Products at Wholesale.” The approach with this type of distributor is to teach them about the products. You show them how to get the products. You give them your business card and mention that they probably don’t want to attend meetings and they won’t be bothered about attending meetings. You leave the door open for them to change their mind by letting them know that you will be there if they change their mind.

Type #2; is someone that wants to “Get the Products Free.” This is someone that will sign up to be a distributor to get a discount and will sell enough products to his friends to pay for his products. The approach with this type of distributor is to teach them about the products. You show them how to get the products. You give them your business card and mention that they probably don’t want to attend meetings and they won’t be bothered about attending meetings. You leave the door open for them to change their mind by letting them know that you will be there if they change their mind.

Type #3; is someone that wants to “Replace a Payment” This is usually anywhere from $100-$800 per week and even more and this is doable in the first month. This is a distributor that needs to make a serious commitment to building a business. The approach is to work with the distributor to develop a plan. Where will the income come from? Will it be from Retail, Wholesale, Detail or a combination of all three? They will need to make a list of potential clients for their business. They will need to learn about the product and how to promote the products and the company. This type of distributor needs to have a commitment of time and effort and to know that you will be there to help them develop their plan and processes.

Type #4; is someone that wants to “Replace a Salary” Again this is a distributor that needs to make a very serious commitment to building a business. The approach is to use cautious enthusiasm. You need to be cautious not to set false expectations. Before your new distributor gives up that other salary, they need to be making 100 to 150 percent of the salary to be replaced from the new business. This type of distributor needs to know that there are a number of pitfalls that will work against their success and they will have to plan ahead to overcome them. Some of the problems to over come may be Super, health benefits and perks. Maybe the salary that he will be giving up has extra benefits and he will have to look elsewhere to replace them. Many people don’t have the self-discipline to go out every day and make their goals a success. They should know how they would deal with discipline.

Many people loss their warm market. The life style of going to a job may have been where they found much of their business. How will they replace their warm market when they don’t go to a job every day? A good plan with commitment and decipline will overcome all of these pitfalls and more. Remem-ber, always help your “Type 4” distributor create a plan and to learn the tools that will build a business that produces 100 to 150 percent of the salary to be replaced and your distributor will never have any regrets.

Type #5; is someone that wants to “Get Filthy Rich.” Believe it or not, this is probably the easiest type to work with. These people are self motivated and truly inspired. Your approach with this type of distributor is to teach them about the products, forms, procedures, and rules. You help them get con-nected to the company and the company leaders. Then you set back and learn from them because they already know how to be successful.

In summary, the five types of distributors are: 1. Wants to “Get the Products Wholesale” 2. Wants to “Get the Products Free” 3. Wants to “Replace a Payment” 4. Wants to “Replace a Salary” 5. Wants to “Get Filthy Rich”

Your distributors have no false expectations, they know what to expect, and they will tell you their goals freely and enthusiastically. They will show you the success of their actions and they understand the expectation of your move, I move as it relates to the use of theirs and your valuable time.

A Call for Leadership What is a leader? Many of you probably don’t think of yourselves as a leader but I know that you can think of a time where you took charge and made a difference in someone’s life or changed the outcome of an event for the better. My definition of a leader is simply that. Someone that takes charge and makes a difference for the better in what they do and whom they meet. The Moms and the Dads around this great continent of Australia are leaders because they are making a difference in the lives of the children they are raising. Many of them are volunteering in their communities to be coaches, teachers aid, mentors and the list goes on and on and that is lead-ership. In our business right now there is a need for more leadership. Some-one in an area that will take charge and make a difference in the lives and dreams of the distributors in an area or city. If you are a type 3, 4, or 5 dis-tributor, it could be you. When you take a leadership position it is amazing how much sooner your dreams will come true. Step (1) - Wash � Clean vehicle surface in the usual manner using DWG® ULTRA-ION™ ensuring the use of the DWG® Micro Fibre Buffing Towel to finish the surface.

Step (2) - ULTRA-ION™ Intensive Treatment.

A. Spray a generous amount of Ultra-ION™ on to your polishing pad. B. Apply in a clockwise circular motion with moderate pressure. C. Apply in a counter clockwise circular motion with moderate pressure overlapping the top of the right hand area. Do the entire panel, hood, door, etc. D. Apply in a diagonal motion on the area covered in step B & C (like making one st roke of the letter X). E. Apply in a diagonal motion on the area covered in Step D going in the opposit direction to what was done in Step D (this is called cross hatching XXXXXXX). F. Let this totally dry (up to 15 min if need be) and now buff off using the DWG® Micro Fibre Buffing Towel. If the towel sticks or drags, let the Ultra-ION™ dry longer as it has not had enough time to cure properly.

DARK COLORS On darker colors, after completing Steps A thru D, include the final application� procedure.

FINAL APPLICATION � Apply a generous amount of Ultra-ION™ to your Micro-Terry Pad. Apply Ultra - ION™ with FINGER TIP PRESSURE on to the vehicle going with the body lines. When finished with that motion, flip your pad over and wipe the same section gently going with the body lines. Your pad will make a slight squeaking sound. Let polish dry, then buff off with a DWG® Micro Fibre Buffingtowel. For a perfect finish, buff again using a second clean DWG® Micro Fibre Buffing towel.

This process using the Micro Terry pad creates amazing surface depth and helps remove swirls while creating an extremely clear paint surface. The vehicle’s finish will feel exceptionally smooth like Satin sheeting.
