2.Mixbeef,parsley,eggandmilktogetherwithbread crumbmixture.

3.Mixonlyuntilcombinedandforminto16evenlysized meatballs(approximately2oz.permeatball).

4.Heatoliveoilinalargeskilletovermedium-high heat.Addmeatballsandbrownonallsidesuntil cookedthrough.

5.Finishina350degreeovenfor10minutes.
