What is the deadline to make a stand reservation?
There is no particular deadline. However, the exhibition spaces are
filling up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better location you
will have and the more likely marketing you will receive.
Can we change our location after booking the stand?
Yes. It is possible to move to another space that is available, and is the
same size or bigger than your current space for an extra cost.
Furthermore we are able to change the type of stand from table top
to space only or vice versa.
Is it possible to merge two stands or more?
Depending on the layout of these stands, it is possible to merge
them. This is chargeable. For questions on merging any specific
stands, contact the event organisers.
May I make sales on the exhibit floor?
Yes. All sales are between the customer and the exhibiting company.
May exhibitors attend the breakout sessions?
Yes. Your exhibitor registration includes attendance to all sessions and
cocktail party. Each exhibiting and sponsoring company will receive
an allocation of VIP registrations. Any additional attendees must
register, and will be charged at the day delegate rate.
May I hand carry my banner to the exhibit floor?
Yes. You may carry your banner or pop-up and all other related
materials onto the exhibit hall. Delivery forms will be provided for
heavier items.
Will I be allowed to set up my stand myself?
Yes. 3 x 2m or 6 x 4m table-top without structure will be set up by
the event organisers.
Can I bring a guest to The Digital Symposium?
Guests are welcome. Please note that guests will need to pay full
price for entry to the Symposium.

VENUE AND LOCATIONThe Grange St. Paul’s is a luxury 5-Star hotel located in the heart of London’s bustling business district, just a short walk from St Paul’s, Mansion House and Blackfriars stations.

Taxis and airport pick-upsTaxis from the hotel to the airport, and pick-up from Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick and London City airports to Grange St. Paul’s Hotel can be arranged for guests upon
request to the concierge.
ParkingOn-street car parking is not available at Grange St. Paul’s Hotel, but 233 local car parking spaces are available at Baynard House Car Park, on 133 Queen Victoria Street, EC4V 4BQ.
Parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that a Congestion Charge applies to most vehicles entering central
London, so a toll may be payable when driving to the hotel.
