The Digital Content Producer is responsible for:
1. Web/EDM content production: Produce and oversee the
production of online content to support campaigns and SEO
strategy, including EDM and web content. Write copy and
coach other teams to produce and publish web content.
2. CMS expert: Own the website products and be the chief source
of internal knowledge relating to the Kentico CMS. Train and
coach others, publish and oversee publishing across teams.
3. Manage web development agencies: Build and manage
relationship with web development agency. Project manage
new web features, functionality and code changes. Find
opportunities for functional improvement based on data. Test,
troubleshoot and be point of contact for all website issues.
4. SEO strategy: Lead and implement the Search Engine
Optimisation strategy, assisted by external consultants. Ensure
web content supports targeted keyword themes, work with
dedicated staff to build back links and relationships with
targeted referral blogs and websites. Own the outcomes of
keyword rank, organic traffic and referral traffic. Ensure
technical SEO hygiene is at a high level across websites.
5. Support divisional campaigns: collaborate with the wider
Public Affairs team to support successful campaigns and major
appeals; advise and execute on digital advertising elements to
support divisional goals.
6. Support digital team goals e.g. Support and be supported by
direct team of digital specialists (social, EDM, content, web dev,
UX and SEO) to reach shared team goals together.

• Experience in a similar organisation/charity/NGO
• Experience in SEO keyword research (tools such as SEMrush)
• Experience in broader digital disciplines; social, digital
advertising, on-site A/B testing
• Coding/HTML skills a plus but not required
• Experience in effective copy-writing for web and EDM
(eCommerce or NFP)
• Experience in SEO best-practice content production
• Experience in use of Content Management Systems
• Experience in managing web development projects
• Experience in using Google Analytics to report on and inform
content
• Experience in utilising proactive referral traffic growth tactics
such as building backlinks/referral traffic
• Excellent copywriter
• Familiarity with CMS publishing tools
(ideally Kentico)
• Excellent practical understanding of SEO
• Excellent communicator – written & verbal
• Google Analytics
• Basic Photoshop
