SMOKE ALARMS:

EXPOSED STEEL:

- ALL EXPOSED STEEL TO BE HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED.- ALL EXTERNAL STEEL LINTELS ARE TO BE HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED AND THE WALL TIES PROVIDEDARE TO BE STAINLESS STEEL (PART 3.4.2 & TABLE 3.4.2.2 OF NCC).- FOR BUILDINGS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE SEA, ENSURE THAT ALL STEELWORKS, MASONRY CAVITYTIES AND STEEL LINTELS, ETC THAT ARE EMBEDDED OR FIXED INTO MASONRY BE PROTECTED INACCORDANCE WITH A.S. 3700-2018 - HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STAINLESS STEEL OR CADMIUM COATED.

MECHANICAL VENTILATION:

- PROVIDE MECHANICAL VENTILATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCC PART 3.8.5 AS REQUIRED. ALLEXHAUST FANS ARE TO DISCHARGE TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING (OUTSIDE AIR).

FOOTINGS:

- REINFORCED CONCRETE STRIP FOOTINGS & PAD FOOTINGS TO ENGINEERS DESIGN. FOOTINGCONSTRUCTION TO COMPLY WITH NCC PART 3.2 & A.S. 2870-2011.

WALL FRAMING:

- TIMBER WALL FRAMING IS TO COMPLY WITH AS 1684-2010 "RESIDENTIAL TIMBER FRAMEDCONSTRUCTION" AND WITH SUPPLEMENTARY TABLES.- PROVIDE DOUBLE STUD, STUMP & PAD UNDER ALL LOAD POINTS.

- COMPUTATIONS (ROOF & POSI DESIGN INCLUSIVE) AND LAYOUT PLANS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TOTHE ARRANGEMENT OF THE FRAME INSPECTION.
