Appointment Dates & Times

PLANNING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Scheduling

• A Design Gallery Coordinator will contact you to schedule your appointments within 3 days of your Purchase Agreement on to-be-built homes. NOTE: for homes that are redrawn,

appointments will be scheduled after approved (signed-off) and completed working drawings

are received by the Design Gallery. This allows time for the VEO database to be updated.

• Appointments are scheduled based upon the hours of design time designated in your Purchase Agreement. Appointments are scheduled approximately 5 business days apart to allow for pricing and any custom options and selection review between each.

• The Design Gallery process must be completed on or before the incentive date designated in your Purchase Agreement.

• If you miss or need to reschedule an appointment, we cannot guarantee the next available date will be prior to the incentive date designated in your Purchase Agreement. This may result in forfeiture of incentives.

• If you require additional time to finalize your selections, it will be billed at $150.00 per hour. One or two-hour time blocks may be scheduled and the fee must be collected prior to the appointment.

Attendees

• Due to limited space, we ask that only the Principals/Buyers listed on the purchase agreement attend the appointments.

• Please do not bring children to your appointments. You and other homebuyers will be making many important decisions, therefore we ask that you make arrangements for childcare when you are visiting the Design Gallery. A

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

OPTION PRICINGPricing for most items is available through VEO Design Studio. Pricing for non-standard options will be provided by your Design Gallery Consultant before your next appointment.

OPTION AVAILABILITYTrade partner options can change frequently, therefore prices and availability of individual options distributed at the time of sale are subject to change at any time, without notice to the homebuyer. Items that may have been available at time of the Purchase Agreement, may no longer be available at the Design Gallery appointment(s).Darling Homes reserves the right to modify options unless the homebuyer has already paid for an option prior to date of change.

FINALIZED SELECTIONSOnce you provide final sign-off on your Design Gallery selections, no further changes are permitted.

Additions and/or changes to the Options Report Addendum will include a $250.00 fee per item, plus the hourly rate for additional design time. Changes are subject to Seller’s approval, in its sole discretion based upon several factors including your home’s construction stage.

DEPOSIT POLICYOnce you have signed off on your final selections you will be asked to pay a deposit on your selections, which will be applied to your amount due at closing:

• 20% deposit on all selections • 100% deposit on custom options outside of the

offered programPayment is due at the final Design Gallery appointment and must be paid by personal check, cashier’s check or wire transfer only. Optional items will not be ordered until payment is received. All payments will be processed within 7-10 business days.

CREATE YOUR WISHLISTUse the VEO Wish List to collect and share your favorite ideas and products with your designer, friends and family. You can upload your own pictures or collect and share design ideas from other popular websites. You and your designer can reference these inspirational pieces during your appointment.

PLAN YOUR BUDGETVEO’s Option Pricing tool allows you to compare a wide variety of design selections and price points, enabling you to hone in on the perfect combination of the two. Note: Please remember that prices presented in Option Pricing are estimates only and that final prices will be determined at your design appointment.

Decide on a budget plan BEFORE your appointment to allow maximum time to select products that fit into your plan. With this information your designer can help you achieve your design objectives within a budget that makes sense to you.
