  • More than 15 years ago, Wayne designed his life and career around the philosophy of fun, freedom and fulfillment. He envisioned a company of inspired and impassioned Reps who ultimately would learn how to Make a living Living. This was in stark contrast to my belief system and the choices I made in business at the time. Although Wayne and I had the same amount of time in the industry, and we both experienced a lot of success, we went about it in completely different ways. I was implementing what I call the Sacrifice Model. I was willing to go through pain, struggle, sacrificewhatever it tookseven days a week, and it included sacrificing my family and ultimately my health.

Success is often paired with struggle and sacrifice. And while Wayne and I would like to honor and celebrate at the highest level anyone who has made sacrifices and put forth an incredible amount of effort to accomplish significant goals with WorldVentures (because they are pioneers who have shown us whats possible), we also want to make clear that pain and sacrifice are not endemic to success. We appreciate anyone who has struggled and is now achieving the rewards of hard work, but ultimately thats not what WorldVentures is about. We encourage and foster a commitment to our mission and vision and core values, and believe the best way for everyone to have sustainable success with WorldVentures is to embrace Core Value #1: Live fun, freedom and fulfillment.

But what does Live fun, freedom and fulfillment mean exactly? For some, it might mean vacationing with Reps and members, building enough residual income to leave their job and teaming up with the WorldVentures Foundation to build a Bottle School in Guatemala. And while thats all true, thats only a small part of what were saying. Wayne and I want you to live fun, freedom and fulfillment. Core Value #1 is a mindset. Its a way to be and a way to look at the world. Whatever youre doing, whether youre spending time with your family or youre at work or traveling, we want you to live more fun in the process. We want you to think of freedom as a reflection of your spirit, and embrace what it means to really live. And we want you to view fulfillment as an extension of your generosity and guidance.

WorldVentures has helped me personally wake up to life. Getting back quality time has been transformative and has been the most rewarding aspect of my experience here. We are a company that really cares about every individual involved, and we want to do everything we can to enhance your experience, and stack the deck in your favor. Wayne and I want you to win. We want you to integrate the attitude of fun, freedom and fulfillment into what youre doing every day and couple that with enough commitment, focus, dreams and passion to allow you to be on top of your game. If you stay committed to your goals, make time for your family

your life, more people will want to be involved in your business and itll be easier for you to overcome challenges.

Wayne and I welcome anyone who wants to go on this journey with us, to become pioneers of this new way of working and looking at the world. We want WorldVentures to become a life-enhancing experience for younot in 90 days after youve made a certain amount of money, or in two or three years after youve achieved an even higher level of success. Wayne and I want every Rep and member to experience a greater quality of life starting on Day 1.

A little indie music and a few travel essentials are all Mike Azcue needs when he hits the road with fellow DreamTrip travelers. Mike believes in people, and has fostered development and training that have changed tens of thousands of lives worldwide, helping others experience more. True to form, his influence extends beyond the world of direct sales.

Favorite DreamTrip Location: So far, Barcelona. Its a city thats so steeped in rich traditions, from its architecture to its culture, but has managed to become a contemporary global influence in so many other areas. And their soccer teams are not half-bad!

Must-take Travel Accessory: Though it seems there are smartphones that rival its capabilities, I must have my camera when I am exploring the world. There is something to be said about manipulating the lens, searching for that perfect angle and waiting until the sunlight hits just right to catch that one iconic shot.

  • 6Where ever I go, I meet people who want to learn more about WorldVentures. However, when I set up a meeting, I tend to use whats availableusually Im scrawling my name and number in my own handwriting (chicken scratch) on a sticky pad. Any ideas on how I can promote the opportunity and membership more professionally?

At least your sticky pad isnt in the shape of a heart or baby panda right? A good first step is to pick up some WorldVentures business cards, and present one to your next prospect when you want to set up a meeting. That way, you can focus on whats really important, like making a genuine connection with your prospect. Reps in the United States can purchase business cards at WVGear.com. U.S. Reps can also reach the website through their back office by selecting Marketing Tools and then DVDs, Tools and Apparel. For rest of world, we now have WV Gear stores in each region:

We had so many unforgettable experiences in Athens last summer with people well be friends with for the rest of our lives. And, best of all, we watched our kids light up and really enjoy themselves. We entertained the thought of staying on a couple of extra nights, but didnt know if that was possible. This year, were going to take the same excursion. Can we extend our stay beyond the dates of the DreamTrip?

Youre not the first person to ask this question. Reason is, a DreamTrip, whether its in the temperate climes of Athens or on the sunny slopes of Aspen, is in itself special. Where else can you have unforgettable experience after unforgettable experience with some of the most diverse, positive and like-minded people on the planet? Glad to know youre really taking advantage of the benefit of our products. Spread the word. Oh, and if youre so inclined, and want to build additional time into your DreamTrip, it might be possiblecontact your DreamTrip specialist. • Have you ever thought about the fact that most people are good at what they do? Some people are good at golf, others at bowling. Some people are in excellent shape and work hard to maintain how they look. Many people know about cars and history and computers. Some people have spent countless hours on things like fantasy football studying players and stats. Most people are relatively good at their jobs; otherwise they will be replaced. And those daring souls who have the entrepreneurial spirit and start businesses tend to be consumed with making sure their business succeeds.

The sad reality is that most people spend very little time increasing their financial IQ. Most people know next to nothing when it comes to finances. They might be flipping through the channels and see a program with financial experts talking about the markets and economy, and they might as well be speaking a foreign language. They tend to get their financial education from parents and friends and neighbors who probably arent qualified to give financial advice. The average 35-year-old is not where they need to be financially and yet in the 17 years since they graduated from high school they have

had enough free time to learn how to perform a heart transplant or fly the space shuttle.

Take me, for example: I went to college for eight years and went deeply into debt for my education. Then I opened my own chiropractic clinic and really went into debt to build out my space, hire staff and buy equipment. Then I had to market my clinic in the community, which cost me a lot of time and money to build up my practice.

Once I got it up and running, it demanded my constant attention. I had to be there to take care of the patients and business. Taking a week or two off meant a serious hit to the bottom line. I was good at what I did; however, looking back, I feel like all I did for 20 years was work really hard to get to zero. It took me 20 years to break even and pay off all my debts.

If I could go back and talk to myself as an 18-year-old, I would say, Find a good network marketing company and get to work.

See, getting good at something that can give you time and money freedom is what most people want. I was not in the right vehicle if my goal was to have time and money freedom as a chiropractor. If you want time and money freedom, then youll have to build a residual

income. And building residual income to me is something worth getting good at.

My first goal when I started WorldVentures was to get my residual income $1 higher than my residual bills. Once I knew I had a stable residual income that exceeded my residual bills, that allowed me the freedom to choose. I chose to sell my practice and focus on increasing my residual income. Once I was able to go full time and focus on my WorldVentures business, it grew even bigger.

See, I knew the time would pass either way. I would rather do the work and put in enough energy to win, or I wouldnt. I just decided I would pay the price and get good at something that was worth getting good at, so I can do the things that I really enjoy doing on my terms because I enjoy both time and money freedom now.

Looking back on my life, I have realized this: There are many people who are smarter than me, who have worked harder than me, for a longer period of time than me. However, they are at work today being good at what they do. I am at the pool today soaking up the sun doing whatever I want today, because I built residual income!

    OF DIFFERENCE

    10

  • It takes only one day to touch the lives of hundreds. For proof, ask the nearly 200 WorldVentures Reps who have done just that through the WorldVentures Foundations global Service Excursions. A new initiative, these one-day international volunteer projects led and organized by Reps, are taking the company by storm and drawing worldwide participation.

According to Gwyneth Lloyd, WorldVentures Foundation executive director, International Service Excursions allow our global WorldVentures teams to serve their local communities, and we are excited about the amazing growth of this program.

Service Excursions were created almost four years ago. Thousands have participated in community service projects in domestic and international locations, such as Las Vegas and Mexico. The difference, however, is that these projects are typically organized solely by the WorldVentures Foundation. But its evident that Gwyneth is thrilled to see Reps begin to partner with her team to lead global volunteer efforts.

In February, the WorldVentures Foundation collaborated with Botshabelo Community Development Trust, Sizanani Childrens Home and Prettify Your Township to help several South African children who were orphaned as a result of HIV-infected parents or whose families were unable to care for them due to financial reasons. Participation was so overwhelming that the group was able to renovate two buildings (a day care and a foster home in the community of Olievenhoutbosch, Gauteng), double their initial goal. This partnership also marked the WorldVentures Foundations first service day in South Africa.

Most recently, WorldVentures Repsin collaboration with the WorldVentures Foundationhosted two days of volunteering at Botshabelo Community Development Trust and Cosmo City Secondary School in South Africa. One of the most impressive characteristics of our Reps globally is their passion for service, Gwyneth notes. Together, we have served communities in Cancun, San Pancho and now Johannesburg.

We were honored to support the South African WorldVentures Representatives, led by Steven and Tessa Kahn, Gywneth continues. The excitement and energy of launching the Foundations first South African service day sparked interest and volunteers from multiple countries.

Following the success of the service project in Botshabelo, another was hosted on March 16, at Cosmo City Secondary School in Johannesburg North led by WorldVentures Rep Devraj Soojay. Devraj, whose nickname is Soojay, and his team, along with Food & Trees for Africa and members of the local community, helped develop the schools permaculture food garden. In all, 30 volunteers donated their time to the project.

Although global Service Excursions are fairly new to the WorldVentures family, Gwyneth is delighted about the interest and excitement the Foundation has experienced as a result of the initiative. She anticipates the possibilities for future service projects.

The desire to give back to the communities that Reps visit is becoming a big part of our culture, she adds. This is a great opportunity to make a big difference as a team building and sharing experiences while providing volunteers for service.

Big News at UNITEDAt our international convention in Fort Worth, Texas, the WorldVentures Foundation achieved the largest donation goal in company history. The team surpassed their original goal of $260,000 and raised $650,000 in donations, which will build 100 classrooms. This amazing feat speaks volumes about the charitable and giving nature of the WorldVentures community.

  • LL INGwith JAY PAYSO, REGIONAL MARKETING DIRECTOR, UNITED STATES

When Jay Payso joined WorldVentures three years ago, his mentor Julio June Acosta asked him what he hoped to accomplish with his new endeavor. When Jay replied, I want to make a lot of money, June promptly placed Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki before him and urged him to read it from cover to cover.

I was like, Dude, I dont read. The first book I ever read was Green Eggs and Ham, and that was it for me, he muses. But I read the book, and I fell in love with it it blew my mind. Maybe I wasnt reading before because I didnt find the things I really wanted to read.

Besides, the concept of financial literacy wasnt part of the curriculum at his school. If it had been, he quips, Maybe I would have graduated.

Jay grew up in Bedford-Stuyvesant, colloquially known as Bed-Stuy, a Brooklyn borough reviled for its high crime yet revered for its artistry and eclectic blend of African, Latino and Caribbean cultures. Native son, Notorious B.I.G., famously branded the community Do or Die Bed-Stuy in his 90s rap lyrics. But today, through gentrification, the neighborhood is emerging from a drug haven to a hipster hotspot.

And just as his old neighborhood is evolving, so is Jay. After securing a steady blue-collar gig, he engaged in a series of missteps that landed him in lockup. While there, he got into boxing and even went pro in 2007. But misfortune continued to dog Jay, and he found himself without direction still seeking his purpose.

Today, as a newly minted Regional Marketing Director, Jay is coming into his own spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially and intellectually. In short, hes becoming what WorldVentures Co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer Wayne Nugent calls a Master in the Art of Living.

A master in the art of living leaves little distinction between his work and his play, Wayne explains. Jay is that kind of guy. He reminds me so much of myself got a lot of fight in him.

CLOSE CALLIts been said that everybody comes across the opportunity of a lifetime three times. The average person doesnt even see it once; and by the time theyre 22, its already passed them twice. Jay joined WorldVentures at age 25.

    That was close.

Jays journey here began when he became acquainted with June through mutual friends and followers on Facebook and Instagram. Even before they met, Jay was intrigued by Junes online presence and felt a kinship with him given similarities in their backstory. Both were raised in tough New York neighborhoods, and both had nurturing mothers. So when the two men were finally introduced, their communication was effortless and their rapport instant.

I felt like God put him in my life at the right time, Jay says of June. I cant lie and say I was praying, but I was hoping for something to change. I was working at FedEx and working as a professional boxer. Theres nothing wrong with FedEx, but I never saw myself working for anybody. Push came to shove and I ended up being around the wrong kind of people. I was partying a lot, in the clubs like crazy. It may have seemed that I was making money, but I knew that it was falling apart. I ended up getting into fast money.

When he shared this with June, he got a wakeup call that still resonates today. He said, If boxing doesnt go right for you, are you going to hustle forever, or are you going to work forever?

The answer for Jay was neither.

  • CLAIMING HIS DESTINYI knew I was put on this earth to do something great, he says. I just didnt know how, what, where or when. But he certainly knew why.

Jay wanted to achieve greatness so he could positively impact the lives of those he cared for mosthis mother, father and little brother, Ryan.

My father was always a hard worker. He may not have been there in person, but he was there financially. My father was hard on me when I was a little kid. Now that Im a grown man, I appreciate the hardship. He may not have even known that he was teaching me. He taught me how to work hard, and that how you do anything is how you do everything. My mom Id do anything for that lady shes one of the strongest people I know. They did everything they could to support and protect me. When my little brother was born, I wanted to be a role model for him.

And he has become just that. At only 18 years old, Ryan seeks to follow in Jays footsteps, and hes starting by reading the same personal development books that helped his brother tap into his potential.

I left him with Rich Dad, Poor Dad before this interview. So that I knew he was actually reading it, I said write a page on it for me. I know hes not learning this kind of stuff in school. You have to grow mentally, before the money comes, he says, indirectly

referencing Waynes mantra and Sir Francis Bacons famous quote, Reading makes a full man, conference a ready man, and writing an exact man.

Eventually, Jay hopes to introduce Ryan to other books that changed his life, including Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker; The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkinson, David Kopp and Heather Kopp; Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill; and Raising a Giant by Bob Crisp.

As he merges truth with opportunity, he says he finds there are striking parallels between training to box and building a businessstaying focused, being consistent, putting in the work and having a vision for the future. Building upon these principles, Jay has excelled in WorldVentures with his ego in check and his feet firmly on the ground. Hes humbled by the fact that WorldVentures offered him a clear path to success with no pedigree or resume required, just grit and determination.

Compared to other jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities, Jay says, WorldVentures is changing the way people think and taking them out of that 98 percenter brain and putting them into the 2 percenter world. Thats what it did for me and a bunch my friends and family. I really enjoy building the business and giving people hope. That, to me, is fun. Seeing my friends grow as people and leadersknowing where they came from. Thats pretty cool. My mom looks at me like I have three heads on my shoulders. Im not the same person that I was three years ago. So much personal development; Im actually finishing something.

He continues. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe I was not meant to [box professionally]. Who knows, maybe Ill get back into it. Maybe I was meant to learn certain lessons that the boxing world gave me to bring into WorldVentures. It taught me how to be consistent, how to work hard, how to treat people, how to think bigger. The little vision that I had expanded. My network got bigger.

The network he references includes friends and acquaintances across the globe, from Texas to Zimbabwe. Hes been on 18 vacations in the past two years, affording him cultural experiences and travel adventures he only imagined as a kid in Bed-Stuy. He glances down at his WorldVentures equivalent to the Super Bowl ring, a gem-encrusted token awarded to Reps who achieve $100,000 in earnings, and says:

I see this as a championship belt, only for my finger. Its not about the money I made to get this ring; its about the person I became. Thats what the trainings are doing, making us better people and having more fun in life. Its not the fun that we used to have hanging out on the block, going to the lounges and the clubs its not that kind of fun anymore. Most of us dont even like that anymore. I would never go back to anything that I was doing, not only because of the money Im making, but the freedom Im having. In fact, forget about the money. The person I am today is priceless.

Its no wonder the WorldVentures Core Value they most identify with is, We Are One Big Team. Fostering a synergistic partnership has been at the heart of their success from the beginning.

Since starting a career in direct sales, this team has experienced their share of ups and downs. Early on, they worked with various start-up businesses, and had success building large teams, but never had anything to show for it. The companies they invested in would start off strong and then vanish two years later. Through it all, this duo never gave up on direct sales.

They learned from their failures and used them as an education to better understand the industry. They learned that timing is everything and you cant sell a product that doesnt inspire you. Planning their comeback, they were waiting to get in on the right opportunity at the right time. Thats when Nelis and Nicky discovered WorldVentures.

In 2010, Nelis was in the hospital with gallbladder complications. He received a call from an old friend about an exciting new business opportunity coming to Europe. Nelis wanted to hear more, and a major health issue wasnt going to stand in his way. Nelis wasted no time. He left the hospital to find out about this new business. He discovered WorldVentures was a strong, stable company with a solid payment structure in place. WorldVentures had a proven track record and a business model that could operate on an international level. Nelis

  • This team isnt just planning their days; theyre planning for success. Their 10-year plan includes reaching International Marketing Director, and they expect their team to reach IMD right along with them. Everything Nelis and Nicky do comes back to a value system rooted in teamwork.

WorldVentures is providing a fulfilling life for Nelis and Nicky, and its created a better life for their families. The support of their families keeps this team always looking ahead. But its the intangible benefits that WorldVentures provides that Nelis and Nicky want to pass on. Its not about money; its love, happiness, great memories and laughs. For this team, living rich means having a healthy family, a wonderful home, a debt-free life and time to travel around the world. Nelis and Nicky are having more fun than theyve ever had in their career, and they are going further than they thought possibleand they are doing it as a team.

together, they stick together. The WorldVentures commitment to teamwork makes the biggest impact on Nelis and Nickys success. Their excitement for the product is contagious, and they share it with anyone who will listen. They believe in the company, the management and the team theyve built. Their unbridled enthusiasm is what catches the attention of new recruits and helps them retain Reps.

Nelis believes that new recruits need to live the One Team core belief if they want to succeed. Nelis and Nicky take advantage of the resources provided by WorldVentures. They show prospects live and recorded presentations and then follow up with a telephone call or by meeting in person. Their pride in the company and the product shows. This is the best job youll ever have, and anyone can do it, Nelis says. Nelis makes sure he listens to the concerns of new prospects and answers all their questions.

From the onset, Nelis and Nicky want to set an example by creating a support network. They emphasize a simple system of attending events, planning and working with sponsors.

To keep Reps motivated, Nelis and Nicky build a foundation on strategic planning and positivity. They stay focused and connect with their WorldVentures family by attending company-sponsored events. They set weekly goals and decide how many hours in the week they will devote to their full-time WorldVentures business. If you want to be successful, you need to have fun and never give up. After years in relationship marketing, this team understands that you have to get a few nos to get to every yes and your life can change in a heartbeat. Nelis reminds his team in direct marketing every day is a new day. Forget yesterday! Nelis and Nicky stay in touch with their team and make sure they are available any time their team needs them.

Whether based on superstition or mathematical anomaly, the date Oct. 10, 2010, was forecast to be nothing less than remarkable. After all, binary days occur only a few times each century, and many people plan the biggest events of their lives around them. Some significant things did take place on 10/10/10, including the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles on the political front. But for Dennis Bay, the day marked a paradigm shift in an already phenomenal direct sales career.

  • 2020

It was the day I joined WorldVentures, Dennis, an International Marketing Director (IMD) based in Singapore, recalls. I believe WorldVentures is the holy grail of the network marketing industry. Never before in my life, and I believe many of our lifetimes, have we come across anything like it. WorldVentures is the company that will truly create freedom for people, because nobody can fail in this company unless they choose to quit. We have the platform that will change millions of peoples lives. I even started my own training office in Singapore to explode this business across Asia.

With a highly developed and successful free-market economy, Singapore is perfectly poised for company expansion. For the seventh consecutive year, the World Bank selected Singapore as the country with the worlds best business environment. There is an emerging infrastructure to support entrepreneurship in Singapore, including a business-friendly environment and a concerted effort by the government to lift regulatory limitations.

Theres so much untapped potential here, and I want to reach out to all of Asia-Pacific and touch lives, Dennis says. We symbolize WorldVentures in Asia. We are the face of the company here so we have a huge responsibility. This is only the beginning.

A self-described true Asian entrepreneur, Denniss business career took root during his sophomore year at the National University of Singapore. At a time when many college students are just declaring a major, Dennis was quickly vaulting through the ranks as an independent distributor for Nu Skin Enterprises, a publicly traded network marketing company today worth $5.7 billion on the New York Stock Exchange. In 2003, the year following his graduation with a bachelors degree in computer science, Dennis became Nu Skins youngest Team Elite Blue Diamond Distributor in Singapore, the pinnacle of achievement within the organization.

Four years later, he established Dennis Bay Internet Services, an Internet marketing and software company that helped corporations across the United States, Greater China and other parts of Asia build their IT infrastructure and boost online sales.

Seeking a new challenge, in March 2009, he founded the Stay Home Millionaires Club (SHMC) to teach Internet marketing and, within a short span of less than a year, grew the business to more than 2,500 members representing more than 20 countries, and paying out commissions totaling more than $180,000.

But despite his successes, something still seemed amiss. Dennis harbored a deep desire to combine his acumen for Internet business with his passion for traveling the world. So, how ironic that James Lee, today an esteemed IMD, would suddenly begin sending Dennis introductory emails.

He sent four, but I did not reply to any of the emails at first, because I was too busy with my consultancy projects in China, Dennis explains. But I did read the emails and finally called him to find out more details about WorldVentures.

  • 2121

This Is Only the Beginning We symbolize WorldVentures in Asia. We are the face of the company here

so we have a huge responsibility.

  • 2222

AN A-HA MOMENTAnalytical by nature, Dennis was inclined to question the company and opportunity at first, so he flew from Singapore to the United States to meet the company founders.

I was very skeptical, yet super curious to find out how WorldVentures succeeded in combining travel with direct sales and the Internet, Dennis shares. The more I found out about the company, the more excited I became. And to discover that WorldVentures was not even in Asia yetthat really was an opportunity of a lifetime. When I watched a presentation by WorldVentures Co-founder, Mike Azcue, it simply blew my mind!

In the 2009 presentation, Mike demonstrates the magnitude of the travel industry, which he estimated was worth $7 trillion and projected to grow to $13 trillion over the next decade. He presumed, for arguments sake, that there were only 10 networking marketing companies in the travel industry collectively capturing only 1 percent of industry profits. That still represented an impressive $70 billion, or $7 billion per company.

For Dennis, it didnt take much further analysis to see the exponential profit potential in becoming a company Representative. He promptly seized the opportunity, and became Singapores first WorldVentures Senior Representative within a mere 68 days and then hit Director soon thereafter in December 2010. He says he chose WorldVentures because he believes it is the perfect home-based business with all the right success tools.

I especially like the compensation plan, which allows me to make life meaningful by helping my team members succeed, he says. I strongly believe in building a long-term and stable Internet home business platform for everyone, so that all of us can build a legacy for the next generations for many years to come. When I saw the WorldVentures opportunity, stress-free pay plan, and unlimited growth potential of the travel services industry, I knew in my heart that I could repeat my success in a shorter period of time and help many more people achieve comparable success. I quit everything to do WorldVentures.

PAYING DUESDennis is among a unique breed of entrepreneurs with right-brain creativity for envisioning the fine details of his future and left-brain strategy for making it happen. And yet his ascension in the organization has not been hassle-free. There were some difficult days early on, but he took inventory, re-grouped and re-launched with a new perspective.

My team almost fell apart in my first year of business due to some negative influences in the team, he says, recalling the days when he labored alongside James Lee in a dank basement office in Chinatown. A lot of people left. It was a crushing blow, and we almost didnt recover from it. Every night Id ask James, What did we do wrong? and hed say, Brother, were doing the right thing. So we pressed on.

Filled with optimism and anticipation, he traveled to Las Vegas for the 2011 WorldVentures International Convention. More than 5,000 people from 19 countries were in attendance, among them, five people from SingaporeAsias only representation.

  • 2323

Rejuvenated by that experience, he set a goal to be the voice of WorldVentures in the region, thus, enlarging his territory and ultimately increasing his rank. He began by reconfiguring his team.

We held our ground with the positive leaders, and kicked the negative influences out of the team, he asserts. We bounced back strong in the second year. There is an old Chinese saying, A single mountain cannot accommodate two male tigers. If you wish to be a leader of leaders, then you must be stronger than the restnot in physical strength but in strength of mind.

With that maxim as his motivation, Dennis persevered and, by Sept. 28, 2012, achieved the coveted title of International Marketing Director, which, he says, affords him unprecedented financial and time freedom.

Last year, I took my wife and 70-year-old father on a 25-day vacation across 11 cities and five countries in Europe. Every week, I am flying all over the world, staying in four- and five-star hotels, all using my redeemed Rovia Bucks. And we are still cycling like crazy every week.

THE DENNIS BAY WAYAsked what strategies he deploys to build his business, Dennis says: From the beginning I went in full time and burned the bridge, alluding to the first of five key takeaways from Co-founder Wayne Nugents widely quoted advice on how to earn the rank of IMD.

    1. DECIDETo decide is to kill off any other option. You have to burn the bridge back to your average common lifestyle.

    2. KNOW THE LAW OF THE LIDYour success will never grow beyond who you are as a person. Be coachable. The most dangerous three words are I know that. When youre green, youre growing. When youre ripe, youre rotten. If you empty your wallet into your mind, your mind will fill up your wallet. The greatest investment on earth is the investment in your mind because no one can take it from you.

    3. OVERCOME YOUR FEARSEveryone is afraid. The only way to get rid of the fear is to do that which you fear. The greatest fear is the underlying feeling of helplessness youll have by not taking action. Fear is temporary; regret is forever.

    4. TAKE MASSIVE ACTIONWhen times get tough, you either give up or saddle up. What you lack in skill, you make up for in effort. And when you work hard consistently, you end up getting mastery, and you develop unconscious competence.

    5. BELIEVEThe only limitations in your life are the limiting beliefs in your mind. The lie of the unrealisticits unrealistic to flip a switch and light up a room; its unrealistic to bend a piece of metal and fly it across the ocean; its unrealistic for two entrepreneurs with an amazing vision to create the largest direct-selling travel company in the world, but thank God, Wayne and Mike didnt buy into the LIE OF THE UNREALISTIC.

Dennis continues: I put the system that I have learned in my past 13 years in the industry to good use in my WorldVentures business. That is, keep

  • 2424

it simple. Dont reinvent the wheel. Instead, leverage everything you can possibly leverage, including your upline mentors, the companys training events, the companys marketing tools such as websites, videos, magazines, etc. And duplicate that in your team.

Of the vast marketing tools available, Dennis proudly professes to use them all, with particular emphasis on the Just Push Play DVDs, Voyager magazine and the company websites. His own website, www.dennisbay.com, provides an overview of his life experiences and the changes in his lifestyle with WorldVentures.

He passionately touts DreamTrips, highlighting the opportunity to create memories at some of the most sought-after destinations in the world at exclusive member pricing. For perspective, he often recounts his own, first DreamTripa two-week jaunt to Los Angeles with his wife, complete with a complimentary Volvo C7 convertible, VIP access to Universal Studios and exquisite dinners at Lobster Caf in Santa Monica Bay where they feasted on oysters from seven different oceans.

As he shared with a group of WV hopefuls in Singapore last year, WorldVentures is so much more than a vacation club. It is a way for anyone to experience more. DreamTrips are not just discounted hotel rooms. They are superior holiday experiences offered exclusively to our members at members-only prices. Each trip is carefully curated, where all the planning is done for you. And most come complete with personalized service from a DreamTrips host, who gets you pre-checked into your room, throws amazing parties, organizes exclusive excursions and offers a level of service that cannot be surpassed. In many cases, you can go on one trip and save more than the cost of your membership. You can choose from hundreds of trips all over the world.

But when its all said and done, he adds, Our job is not to sell memberships; it is to change peoples lives.

To train his team, Dennis taps into wvondemand.com, a virtual library of company presentations, trainings and promotional videos that can be viewed on any web-enabled computer, tablet or mobile device and posted on social media channels. Featuring the latest in HTML5 web design and video encoding, WV on Demand is a multi-platform portal created as a result of Representative requests.

These tools help Dennis establish an informed sales team, which offers cohesion and efficiency. But it also offers

the entrepreneurial edge of autonomy to work on the business instead of in it.

As he explains it, I do not motivate my team; I inspire them to achieve their own goals and dreams. Seeing my team members achieve success gives me the most joy. I provide personal, one-on-one coaching through my Intensive Mentoring Program. I offer training online and in person for those who live in Singapore.

One of the key principles Dennis teaches his team is the power of duplication. Its a direct sales precept based on the concept that a sound system can be copied by anyone to achieve the same results. Tools and techniques can be duplicated, but people cant. So I believe in teaching Representatives to use the tools and techniques effectively, and then duplicate.

Within the next year, Dennis goal is to achieve the rank of double IMD. His five-year endeavor is to be the top income-earner in the company ever in history. Within the next 10 years, he hopes to build a lasting legacy in Asia and the world that will continue helping millions of people change their lives through entrepreneurship.

When probed to expound on his vision for the future and what he considers his greatest accomplishment to date, Dennis reveals they are virtually one and the same. My dream is to help people worldwide improve their lifestyles using the Internet and WorldVentures as a proven platform to launch their business. My biggest achievement is helping my team members achieve their financial freedom, especially the two guys who believed me three years ago. One signed up on my left, and one signed up on my right. Both of them have achieved their $100,000 rings, and their lives are changed forever.

The one thing I learned from WorldVentures is that one must really learn how to have more fun in life, then you can enjoy more freedom and fulfillment by spreading that love of fun to others. The single most important message I want to send is to always have faith and believe that you can make a difference in this world for yourself and others. If you dont even believe in yourself, how can you possibly succeed in life? My beliefs translate into the core culture and values of my team and my business.

Dennis pays homage to mentors who have encouraged and inspired him along the way. Learning from Marc Accetta has been a dream come true. In three short years, I have learned more from him than the last 13 years combined in the industry. He is truly a Master Yoda. I say, dont think so much, just follow your mentor and do it!

  • 2525

  • 2626

I believe in cultivating an independent entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficient capabilities for my children and my family. That is my No. 1 priority because without family, all wealth is worthless.

  • 2727

RICH LIVING OR LIVING RICHAs he ponders the question of what it means to be living rich, Dennis concurs with his fellow Reps that there are obvious material advantagesthough they fall far short of the fulfillment gained from giving to others.

Living rich means having many true friends, a loving family and faith that you are making a difference in peoples lives. I believe in cultivating an independent entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficient capabilities for my children and my family. That is my No. 1 priority because without family, all wealth is worthless.

His advice to others: Always have clear goals and big dreams and dare to dream bigger. That is called inspiration, which is 100 times more powerful than motivation. Be with positive people, especially your mentors who are more successful than yourself, because these people will electrify you back to a positive state of mind. To anyone trying to achieve big goals, I say believe, believe, believe in yourself and lead by action, not words.

Asked what, if anything, he would change about his WorldVentures experience, Dennis offers this: The best advice I ever received, which I wish I had known sooner, is to Trust yourself above anyone else to do the right thing and follow your heart. Consequently, if I had to start my WV business all over again, I would do it on my own according to my own management style instead of relying on others.

If you ask me about my past experience, I will tell you this: What I went through the last 13 years was like trying to get my Ph.D. in direct sales, and I actually did pass the exams. But with WorldVentures, its like going through elementary school. So if WorldVentures is your first network marketing company, you dont yet know how lucky you are. And if you havent joined WorldVentures, all I can say is, what the heck are you still thinking about? Join NOW!

Tony and Meagan LoBuglio could hardly believe their eyes. Here it was in early March, and the WorldVentures Marketing Director and his wife were standing amid superstar celebrities at the Warner Bros. Mansion in Beverly Hills, California, for the 15th Annual Children Uniting Nations viewing party.

Looking around the room, the husband-wife team saw the likes of Tommy Davidson, Mike Tyson, Chaka Khan, Jeff Goldblum, Al B. Sure, Dougie Fresh, Fabio, Kim Whitley and many

others. We mingled for hours, had a posh four-course dinner while watching the years most renowned awards ceremony, and then finished the night at the very swank-yet-fun after party where stars all performed, Tony says. From beginning to end, we flashed our little blue sign everywhere. It was quite a hit with everyone, including some of those celebrities. This experience was nothing short of amazing. We truly had a blasttalk about peak experience!

The couple started the weekend at a top-notch Santa Monica hotel, sipping a bottle of champagne in the hotels giant hot tub. Throughout the weekend, they were escorted everywhere, received bags full of gifts and products, tasted and sampled food and drinks, went shopping in Beverly Hills, ate incredible meals at famous restaurants, lunched over the ocean in Malibu, went to celebrity hot spots, visited the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theater and the Chinese Amphitheater, and walked around Chinatown and Little Tokyo. Then on Sunday, they found themselves at this amazing party.

As soon as we pulled up, we were escorted from our car to a red carpet lined with

photographers, says Tony, a Severn, Maryland, native who now lives in Annapolis. That was a truly unique experience right there. We were treated like celebrities all the way down the carpet. So many photographers yelled for our attention and asked us to pose in different ways. It was pretty fun! Once we made it into the event, we were yet again blown away. This trip was incredible. Meagan and I created so many peak experiences. We were able to cross off quite a few items on our bucket list, and its all thanks to Rovia and WorldVentures. We were treated like VIPs all weekend and mingled with Hollywoods finest. No other company in the world has what we have, and that was evident with this trip. I would highly recommend to every WorldVentures Rep if they see another contest by WorldVentures, that they take it to the next level and go after it. This was once in a lifetime.

Tony believes that this contest was a terrific idea by WorldVentures because the average couple could never imagine that they could create these types of experiences for themselves. When I saw the contest details drop, I went for it hard because I knew this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, he recalls. Other contests that include cruises

and trips that we can get ourselves are still attractive, but they are nowhere near the level of a trip like this. I would love to see more high-end contest prizes like this one, and believe Reps would work very hard to get a trip like this, especially after they hear about the weekend we had. We are very grateful. Meagan and I worked so hard because we wanted to win the contest. It was very unique and something we hadnt seen before. It allowed us to access a whole new level of living. We met and mingled with people who we only see on TV. Most people grow up thinking that could never happen. WorldVentures made yet another dream into a reality for us.

How, exactly, did they go about trying to win the contest? Tony says as WorldVentures leaders, he and Meagan have a primary goal to develop success throughout their team. Most of the time, their focus is on training, building leaders and helping them achieve success. But from time to time, we go on personal blitzes where for a short period, we focus solely on getting personals, he says. We try to practice this about three or four times a year, and this just seemed like

a perfect opportunity to do just that. The contest prize was very interesting to us, so we just decided to dedicate the entire week to going down our list and exposing as many of our personal contacts as we could. Our results came strictly from exposing a large number of people without skipping a beat or being concerned with their decision to join or not.

Tony comes from a lower-middle-class family of seven. His father worked hard at two jobs so that his family would never have to go without. As the oldest of five kids, Tony often found himself playing the father figure in his dads absence, which kept all of the siblings close. Theyre still very close today, and in fact, are involved with WorldVentures.Meagan and Tony were both active duty for the Air Force for 13 years. On the side, they owned a real estate investment company with his brother. An Air Force co-worker originally introduced them to WorldVentures 13 months ago. For the first 11 months, Tony worked at it part time before going at it full time.

He calls WorldVentures a game changer. This business has been a blessing in so many ways, he says. First and foremost, it has brought us

much closer in our marriage. This is the first business that weve ever owned that weve been able to work together on a day-to-day basis. We work toward common goals and now have common interests. We get to create peak experiences with each other whenever we want. Our income has tripled what it was before WorldVentures. That financial freedom has, in turn, brought us time freedom. Weve both been able to separate from the military, put our real estate company on hold and now devote all of our time to changing lives and living. Weve met hundreds of like-minded and goal-oriented people since joining. Were surrounded with WorldVentures Reps engulfed in positivity and who are hungry for success. The positive impact weve been able to have on thousands of people in this short time has completely filled our hearts. WorldVentures has led us to our true calling.

To Tony, living rich means living a purpose-driven, happiness-filled life. And while experiences like the one he and Meagan just had in Hollywood help him realize that dream, its the WorldVentures lifestyle that will ultimately fulfill it.

Just a few short years ago, Ray Higdons life was, in his words, a mess. The Indiana native had had some success in real estate earlier in his career, but thanks to some missteps, he found himself in personal foreclosure and dead broke, not sure where to turn next.

The fact that my wife Jessica stood by me through that time is a testament to her, Ray says. I often wake up wondering how I pulled it off because she is so amazing in every way.

Ray was able to get back on his feet and into a much better financial situation after becoming involved in direct sales, and more recently, with WorldVentures.

Now he and Jessica and their kids travel all the time as Ray has become a Regional Marketing Director for WorldVentures, and through his team has become a rapid success.

lives, create more memories and have more peak life experiences all while inspiring them with our story and the stories of our teammates, Ray says.

Ray and Jessica most value inspiring others. Giving value and impacting others is our gasoline that has us jump out of bed every day and keep going, Jessica says.

They had tried other network marketing companies before coming to WorldVentures but said WV is the best because it allows you to earn residual income while also creating an amazing life. Ray and Jessica admit they wouldnt do anything at WorldVentures over again differently, despite some failures, because those failures happened so they could build a legacy. The couple cites Michael Beckwiths motto of Pain pushes you until a vision pulls you, as motivation for them and their team.

They are always stressing to their team that they should be coachable, and not think they know everything. If you learn from those who have created the lifestyle you want, Ray says, success will come. I tell anyone

who wants to achieve big goals to know why theyre doing this. Everyone wants the tactics, the how-tos but even when you learn them, the knowledge does nothing to help you reach your goals unless you consistently apply them, and you will only consistently apply them if you have a vision of what you want to become.

When asked how they promote DreamTrips, Ray and Jessica said they take pictures with the You Should Be Here! banner on every vacation they take, and share them on social media as well. They admit this has had a positive impact on their business and encourages team members to spread the message this way as well.

To the Higdons, living rich means spending time with who you want, when you want and where you want, and thanks to their WorldVentures success, theyve been able to do just that. We believe in living a life that inspires others, and WorldVentures does an amazing job of helping us and others do just that, Jessica says.

For Marketing Directors Anna and Michal Gawron, success at WorldVentures has meant more than just increased income, a new network of friends and a lifestyle beyond what they had before. Its meant something much more meaningful: a chance to share their knowledge and success with their homeland.

In 2013 Michal and Anna, a couple who were both born and raised in Poland, opened the first WorldVentures beachhead in their native country, a meaningful achievement for the United Kingdom-based couple.

We now have the responsibility of passing the magic to the rest of our brothers and sisters over here! Anna says. And Greece, watch out! If you could do it, we could do it here, too!

Anna and Michal moved to the United Kingdom separately, five years apart during the 2000s.

With Michal having a career in the food service industry and Anna climbing the ladder at an investment bank, both say they felt a little stifled and uninterested in the rat race they were then involved in.

    BY MICHAEL J. LEWIS

To Poland and BeyondAnna and Michal Gawron, Marketing Directors, United Kingdom

At first, Michal says, they treated their marketing business as a travel club only.

But since our daughter Kinga was born, we decided to focus on the business side as well.

That focus has led to many exciting adventures for the Gawrons; theyve already taken their daughter to nine countries on DreamTrips and other travel, and their intense dedication to training and coaching has led to success.

When we heard Johnny Wimbrey say the world will be your classroom, we got so excited about that, Michal says. Our passion for traveling and personal development keeps getting stronger.

Anna and Michal said they believe their formula for success is to pay attention, get excited, trust the law of averages and never ever quit, Michal says.

Anna says she and her husband read their goals, written in diaries and on notes posted around their house, every day. And theyre also hugely motivated by their daughter. Our dream is to take a picture of her holding the You Should Be Here banner in most of the

places in the world she will soon learn about at school from history or geography books, Anna says. With the little difference being that she will be able to say shes been there already with Mommy and Daddy.

Anna and Michal were particularly inspired by visiting the Dallas headquarters of WorldVentures in 2010, and seeing the remarkable sparkle of passion and integrity in the eyes of owners Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue.

When it comes to motivation during down periods, Anna says that eliminating the toxic people from their lives is very important, as is constantly reading to improve themselves.

To inspire prospects, Anna and Michal say they always welcome new teammates on their Facebook group, and message them constantly to help them plan their first DreamTrip. They also encourage everyone to invest in MP3 recordings of every training event, and to always stay coachable. We really want to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and go home with something big, Michal says. To live life on our own terms, thats our biggest dream.

Takuya Davis is hardly surprised about his quick ascent to Director. After all, hes used to moving around. The Okinawa, Japan, native first came to the United States in 1990. The son of a military man, Takuya was the only child in a family that frequently moved around. In fact, he attended 11 schools before college.

We didnt have much growing up, which allowed me to really appreciate everything I received throughout my life, Takuya says. I was raised on a strong set of values by both parents, with the understanding of not taking things for granted.

After graduating from the University of Washington in 2007 (which he paid for himself), he moved into corporate America and hasnt left. In fact, hes currently vice president of recruiting for a company. Thats his day job. I love my career, which is why I work on WorldVentures part time, he says, adding that his wife Anna and he treat WorldVentures as a hobby, building it at their own speed.

Takuya originally heard about WorldVentures from his frat brother in November 2009. I actually didnt even watch the entire video, but I trusted him enough that I gave him my credit card, Takuya says. Then I decided to start looking into it more, once I was involved. But I really didnt start until late 2010/early 2011, after going on my first DreamTrip.

    BY SCOTT KRAMER

Fast RiseTakuya and Anna Davis, Directors, United States

He had actually worked for a similar company before, and saw how multi-level marketing could help him make decent money and hit bonuses. But I hated the product, he says, adding that when his buddy gave him the short version of what WorldVentures was all about, he started immediately. Travel plus moneyI loved the combo and it was something I was very interested in, so I dove in headfirst and asked questions later, Takuya recalls. I dont think I even knew I had a back office or how to access everything the first few weeks.

In the three-plus years since, Takuya has excelled within WorldVentures while traveling with friends and familyall while making additional income. Weve created some unforgettable life experiences and have been able to give back through volunteering on our vacations, he says. We like to book a trip and promote it to our friends and family. With technology these days and the use of social media, we get a lot of people asking us about our ridiculous travel habits each month along with the blue signs. We bring people on the vacations to do the same. We like to use DreamTrips, the DreamTrips Mall and Rovia, and ensure that we share this with people on a regular basis.

To recruit prospects, Takuya relies on tools, such as Just Push Play and Vacation Sooner videos, as well as tireless promoting.

Today, Takuya has the freedom to make choices and be fulfilled with all aspects of his life, sans any financial stress. Hes truly living the WorldVentures dream.

Tips from Takuya and Anna1. Dont take things

    for granted.

    2. Begin immediately.

    3. Build your business at your own speed.

    4. Believe in (and use) the product.

    5. Leverage recruitment tools.

    6. Create unforgettable life experiences and give back!

She may live just minutes from some of the nicest beaches in the United States, but 22-year-old Morgan Kevorkian refuses to settle for just one. As a WorldVentures Senior Representative, shes seen some of the most breathtaking beaches this world has to offer. Her goals include traveling the globe and finding the fulfillment that comes from broadening her horizons and truly experiencing more.

Morgan, a 2013 graduate of the University of Central Florida, has a college story not unlike that of many of her peers. She struggled to find an educational path that inspired her and bounced from major to major, never truly settling down. In late 2013, she was preparing to attend graduate school to study psychology, which she found interesting enough, but it was hardly her passion in lifeit was more of something to do. During this transitional period that her father introduced her to WorldVentures. She immediately knew that this was something she could be passionate about, that could give her what she wasnt finding in her exploration of more traditional fields. She really could have freedom, fulfillment and the promise of financial success without settling for just any career.

WorldVentures was a natural choice for Morgan; you could even say that direct selling is in her blood. Her father started in direct sales when he was only 21 years old and went

    BY MARY RINDLESBACH

Plugging into Her PassionMorgan Kevorkian, Senior Representative, United States

on to own a direct sales company. She saw his success and knew that she could follow in his footsteps, stating, If he could do it, I could do it, and knowing that I had my dad kept me motivated.

Morgan signed up for WorldVentures in August 2013, along with her boyfriend, Jordan Clay. They jumped in together, with Morgan passing on graduate school to take this opportunity. Her friends thought she was crazy for taking this leap, but she knew that it was the right decision and moved forward, even though it wasnt without setbacks. Trying to get it started was probably the hardest part for us. We showed about a hundred people [the product], and maybe six said yes to us. All of that rejection was hard for me, but I said to Jordan, We may be the crazy ones, but at least well be crazy together. She plugged into her team and credits her amazing support system with getting her through those tough early days. She stayed self-motivated, leaned on her fathers experience and her boyfriends assistance, and her perseverance paid off. Morgan reached the rank of Senior Representative within a matter of months, and her business continues to grow.

Between her boyfriend Jordan, her family and her team, Morgan has a strong community that believes in her and supports her in her journey. In fact, her 19-year-old brother, who is pursuing a golf career, makes lists of people

for her to see. She considers her teammates a second family and has formed lasting bonds with them. Her business has become a family affair in every sense of the word!

One of her favorite parts of WorldVentures is traveling with Jordan and her team, working and enjoying life with the people who are now some of her closest friends and mentors. She recently went to Puerto Rico with her best friends and is still in awe that she was a part of it. I never thought I would even go [to Puerto Rico], and we went cave diving and hiking. I was working with my best friends and experiencing all of these amazing things that I never dreamed I would ever get to experience.

In WorldVentures, Morgan has found a path that will take her where she wants to go in life. Shes set ambitious goals for herself and continues to build on her successes. In fact, she and Jordan recently earned their Wheels Bonus, and shes working toward becoming a Director. There are beaches all over the world on her dream list, and now she has the tools to make those dreams a reality. She has flexibility, fun and fulfillment in her present, and she sees them only increasing in the future. She says, If we arent growing, we arent going anywhere. Life is like a bicycleif you arent going forward, you are going to fall over. And, as Morgan knows, it always helps to have an awesome cheering section to motivate you along the way!
