“ I wanted to make my career indairy farming, rather than justhaving a job on a dairy farm. A jobpays the bills, a career should givefulfilment and pride. I saw anadvertisement for the DMA andrealised it would help me make thetransition from job to career. It has been hard work and a real

challenge but I could not acquirethe skills and experienceas effectively anywhereelse.”Faye Woolhead
