• a public footpath loop around the site

• improved habitats for wildlife and plants

The Studios’ scheme aims to bring a net improvement to the operation of the local highways (roads, paths, crossings and parking)

Studios’ traffic will be safely accommodated on the surrounding roads

All new servicing and car parking will be provided on the Studios’ site

Consultation continuing with local residents’ groups

A ‘travel plan’ to reduce car journeys

AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE LOCAL HIGHWAYS

• improvements to ‘pinch points’ on local roads to reduce queues

• consultation on new entrances and internal roads in the scheme

• discussion with residents and Surrey County Council on new pedestrian crossings
