Suva is the largest Swiss insurer for mandatory accident insurance. It clearly stri-ves to build up relationships with customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost customer loyalty and revenues through targeted campaigns. The project Suva redesigned existing processes, consolidated the technical requirements and implemented them to launch a CRM system.

Suva selected ec4u expert consulting (schweiz) ag as its preferred partner to assist in revamping its campaign management program and thereby enhan-ce its CRM system. Workshops with customer reps from the central and other offices helped jointly va-lidate, develop, and document relevant processes.

SUVA takes the next step forward in CRM

The technical requirements were identified and documented by redesigning the processes and determining the requirements to launch a CRM system. This comprehensive and practice-relevant document served as the basis for implementing the revamped campaign management program.
