A 360-degree view of experience, designed for busy professionals.
>> BARCELONA, SPAIN >> AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS >> WORLD RETAIL CONGRESS (WRC)
Technology, consumer and market trends are constantly evolving. It can be hard to keep up with—let alone get ahead—so
make the most of your time with our CXI360 executive study tour.
CXI360 is a new kind of executive education
program centered on a week of experiential
immersion. During the tour, you will be
exposed to technology concepts, consumer
cultures, and experience formats that are
shaping consumption globally.
Learning starts with a day at the Australian
Graduate School of Entrepreneurship (AGSE)
in Melbourne. Teleconferencing is available
for interstate and international attendees.
This is where you’ll first join the group of
people – executives, designers, marketers
and consultants just as passionate about
CX as you are – who you will be spending
your week-long journey with. This journey
will take you across the world to be inspired
by the best in CX and learn directly from
industry and academic experts. Then it’s
back to Melbourne to integrate your insights
and share them with your colleagues.
Fortified learning
Your learning journey progresses through five phases across Australian
and European hubs of cultural and technological innovation:
FOUNDATION — PRE-TOUR WORKSHOP Day 0 (TBC): Melbourne
Your initial learning day will set you up for success on your journey. We will introduce you to our experiential learning approach, cover the key trends and cases informing your itinerary and highlight expected outcomes.
IMMERSION — LEARNING WORKSHOP, CX AND COMPANY VISITS May 10–11: Barcelona
Learn first-hand from leading experiences and experience leaders in Barcelona, who will tell us how they define their brand’s experiences to capture the hearts and minds of their customers.
ASSIMILATION — CX WORKSHOP AND MORE CX May 12–13: Barcelona – Amsterdam
Take time out to absorb your journey so far at EADA Business School, with a half-day workshop facilitated by some of the world’s leading experts in marketing. In Amsterdam, there are further opportunities to learn from experience leaders.
INSPIRATION — WRC May 14–16: Amsterdam
Your journey culminates at World Retail Congress (WRC), where you can be inspired by a multitude of diverse visionaries and put your finger on the pulse of the latest technology and consumer trends.
INTEGRATION — POST-TOUR SHOWCASE Day X (TBC): Melbourne
Turn experience and inspiration into actionable insights for you and your organisation in an informal showcase session allowing you to present key learnings to your colleagues.
CXI360 EUROPE: 10–16 MAY 2019
