• The research faculty in the University of Colorado Real Estate Center are actively involved in academic research. The research is published in top-tier academic real estate publications including Real Estate Economics amd Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. Research topics include:

• Developing price indices for commercial properties
• Modeling the determinants of capital expenditure decisions
