How DogRacing Works

DogRacing is a parimutuel betting system based on percentile cryptocurrency value change

during a selected period of time. For example, 5 players bet on 3 different cryptocurrencies for a

week long race as follows:

Player 1 bets 1 ETH for cryptocurrency #1



Player 4 bets 0,5 ETH for cryptocurrency #3


The total pool of money is 13.5 ETH, when the 5% fee for the bankroll is removed, the pool total

becomes 12,825 ETH and the race kicks off as soon as the admittance period for bet

placement is closed. The players’ funds are locked into a smart contract for the duration of the

race.

With the race set, our proprietary smart contract protocol kicks in tracking the value index

change of the cryptocurrencies bet on (racers), and calculating the delta, commission and

winners at the end of the race. Let’s say the hypothetical winning odds for each cryptocurrency bet

on is as follows:

Cryptocurrency #2 had the largest percentage increase during the stipulated period, making

player 3 the money pool winner. In case of service errors, players will have their deposited

funds returned back to them via smart contracts.


Additional Games

The following are the additional game modes we will be implementing on the platform:

LAST MAN STANDING:

A monthly Tournament will be launched once the entrance fee of 0.1 ETH is paid. Players have 7

days to observe the market and choose their bets before the tournament starts. Tournament is

started and lasts for 1 week. After race is over, 50% of players with best results proceed to the

next stage and remaining players are eliminated. Each round 50% of players proceed to the

next stage. Winner of week 4 collects 70% of the funds and remaining players share 30%.

P2P DUEL:

This is a peer-to-peer between two players that allows you to create your own token/ coin race

between two cryptocurrencies. Once player chooses two coins/tokens from TOP 10 list and

betting amount is confirmed and any opponent can accept the challenge by choosing different

token/coin. For example, if player bets that token’s A value increases the most during the set

period of time, another player can bet against it by selecting token B and betting on its value

increasing more. Token/coin with highest increase in percentage wins the race.

MYSTERY BET:

This is an additional feature when placing bet. A pop-up will appear asking if player wants to

choose a mystery bet for an extra cost (0.01 ETH). Based blockchain-based RNG, player will

have the opportunity to win 1 ETH. Funds for this pool is generated from the mystery bet

entrance fee.

JACKPOT:

Entrance fee is paid in DGR tokens only. Amount will be specified. Player picks X

cryptocurrencies that will finish the race from 1st to a particular position determined by real-

time variables. Upon selecting the winning sequence order, player will be rewarded by 10% of

current Jackpot funds. After ICO is complete, 10% of all tokens are assigned to jackpot funds.

BETTING SMART CONTRACTS

The DogRacing relies on decentralised smart contracts to guarantee and record everything on the blockchain. Through the blockchain, we will be able to audit everything that happens on DogRacing. Users that play the games will be able to view, in real time, the outcomes and the rewards of the network. Unlike traditional betting where deposits are made to the operators account, users will always have control over their bets.

Our Platform uses the Ethereum network as a Blockchain based ecosystem. The Ethereum network is well-established, accepted, and used by the community with a full Turing language capability.

The usage of an Autonomous Agent (i.e. a Smart Contract) builds trust in the system because any conflict of interest between the Player/Bettor and the Platform is managed and audited in a decentralised manner. No third party needs to be involved since all the transactions are done via a Smart Contract, which guarantees everyone has access at all times and can verify the game’s fairness.


BETTING FLOW

Betting controller via Smart Contract executes the race based on race type and configuration. Each race consists of 3 main phases: Betting phase, Race phase and Result phase. Betting phase

Betting interface (DApp) shows the race setup – Lead time before the next race, Race duration and current cryptocurrencies prices for information.

Race phase

As this phase starts no more bets can be placed. Smart contract queries Oraclize for current prices and stores them till end of the race. All Player funds (a Pool) are securely stored on SmartContract until race ends and result is resolved. Result phase

By the end of the race time Betting Smart Contracts queries Oraclize for prices again. Calculating the delta from start and end price. Based on player’s bets and the result, winners are awarded the pool. The betting pool minus commission is distributed among winners proportionally to the volume of their bet. By visiting the Betting interface Players will see the outcome of the race and the means for claiming their winnings. In case of an error from the Oraclize service - for example no response or partial response, SmartContract will void all bets and all players will be returned their original betting amounts. In addition, all bets and transactions can be audited on Ethereum network or with the help of Etherscan.



Navigating DogRacing Betting DApp

DogRacing is an Ethereum Smart Contract-based DApp. All bets are placed and winnings

claimed in ETH only. To launch the app, player must log in with their ETH wallet (Metask or

Mist).

Once logged with your ETH wallet - betting interface will be displayed including previous races,

ongoing ones, and a personalized dashboard.


On the top right corner you can find a calendar of current and previous races. Date selection

enables players to view past races and their results.

The active Races lists 5 cryptocurrencies available for placing bets in the first column: BTC,

ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, while the second column displays the current cryptocurrency price. 1H

Delta shows percentile price change during the last hour.

Placing Bets

Active Races section shows time remaining before a race is started. Placing bets is possible

before timer runs out.

Once player picks their favourite cryptocurrency, for example, pressing the Place Bet button

enables players to place their desired betting amount. Minimum betting amount is 0.1 ETH.

After placing a bet, it is displayed in My Bets column.

Past Races

Past and ongoing race results can be found in the Past Race section. By selecting relevant

date you can view old records or ongoing events. Ongoing races are displayed in a percentile until

they hit 100%.


After race ends, all results are displayed in columns. Start Price is the cryptocurrency value

during the race starting moment and End Price is finishing value. Cryptocurrencies are ranked

in finishing order from 1 to 5 by their percentile increase (or smallest decrease) in value. All

Bets column displays total amount of ETH that participated in the race. My Bets column shows

the total amount of a player’s personal bets for that race. Once the winning cryptocurrency is

highlighted, player is entitled to take winnings by selecting Claim reward button.

Once claimed funds are transferred to player’s wallet in ETH. Player has 30 days to claim

winnings, otherwise it is transferred to a bankroll and paid out as monthly dividends to DGR token

holders.

Live Chat and Support

For every upcoming race bet, DogRacing will offer a live chatting window for users to speak with

bettors live, discuss upcoming races, or just talk shop. This way, we’re not just building yet

another betting platform, but a whole new gaming ecosystem with like-minded people from all

around the world.


DGR TOKEN

DogRacing is a DApp, built and developed on Ethereum Blockchain Protocol and powered but

its utility token, DGR.

DGR token holders will be entitled to monthly dividends from a pool generated by the 5%

commission off every bet on the platform (5% of total betting amount) and can participate in

exclusive Jackpot games and compete for winnings.

Dividends Payout

Upon DogRacing reaches its goal of 1000 ETH turnover per day, 50 ETH will be transferred to

a bankroll and token holders will share monthly dividends proportionally. Considering a

moderate average betting amount of 100 ETH daily, token holders will receive annual return of

20%. When average daily betting amount reaches 1000 ETH annual dividend payout is

estimated at 200%.

Jackpot

10% of all tokens are assigned to Jackpot funds. Token owners will have the unique option to

bet on a special Jackpot races. Picking determined amount of currencies in ranking order will

unlock 10% Jackpot winnings. Jackpot tokens are not entitled to dividends while they are on the

house.

Voting

DGR Token owners will have the right to vote regarding dividend payment, race duration and

other important features as we announce, implement, and deploy them.


CROWDSALE

Token Information

DogRacing will mint 326.250.000 DGR tokens and issue a limited amount of tokens,

212.062.500 DGR (65%), to whitelist members and public.

Token holders will be entitled to monthly dividends from a pool generated by the 5%

commission off every bet on the platform.

10% of all tokens are designated to Jackpot pool and only token owners can compete for

Jackpot winnings. Token holders are also entitled to voting right.

Jackpot tokens are not entitled to dividends while they are on the house, therefore token holders

will share Jackpot’s dividends proportionally.

Unsold DGR tokens will be “burnt” within 7 days once hard cap is reached or after final

In the event that we are unable to reach our soft cap, contributors will be refunded. Payment will be

Whitelist

Whitelist registration enables participants to purchase DGR tokens on a priority basis before Stage

1 offering.

DogRacing will not limit the amount of discounted tokens during initial stages of distribution by

registering all interested users to a whitelist database. Whitelisted users will have the option to

purchase unlimited amount of tokens at reduced price until ICO hard cap or 24 hour time limit is

DGR tokens purchased at discounted rates will be locked for 30 days before market trade in
