• Pedestrian Access: - provide additional enhanced paving. • Shift the second and third triplex to create a larger open space area. • Consider recessing entrances to create larger outdoor space at the front door. • Consider side entrances for all end units. • The proposed colors are acceptable and look good. • Metal awning on the American Farmhouse looks contemporary, but is acceptable. • Extend or show brackets to improve the appearance on the American Farmhouse • Final landscape and lighting plans to come back before the DRC prior to building

permit issuance. • Project CC&Rs should address minimum landscape requirements for the rear yards. • The item was forwarded to the Planning Commission with a recommendation of

approval.
