• In the MOMENT

• In order for leaders to “DO” they must first “BE”– What are your top 3 values?– What is your purpose?– What motivates you?– What de-motivates you?– Under what conditions do you work

the best?

nation’s history, we are facing a crisis of leadership that is

caused not by our failures, but by our successes. Our

leadership challenge is not one of survival, but of managing

prosperity.
