We are here to help you create a beautiful oasis. The picturesque, natural surroundings

of the Prairie’s Edge community inspired us when choosing all of the items presented in

this Lookbook and Selection Guide.

Our goal for each home is to compliment the beauty found on the bluff in a timeless,

lakeside cottage, re-imagined for today’s maintenance-free lifestyle.

To help in your selection process, this guide provides details on the quality appliances

and plumbing products found in each cottage home. The standard selection choices,

from flooring to countertops, are also included to provide you with an easy reference.

Though not included in this guide, we have also sourced a variety of upgrades and

would be happy to discuss them with you.

We have collaborated with pre-eminent companies known for beautiful, quality

products. All items were sourced for excellence as well as value, and when available,

are environmentally sustainable.
