With CORA you can easily prepare your meeting in a simple Excel file. This is the base.

Would you like to manage your meeting in a user-friendly way? Do you now have problems with empty seats or maybe switched seats? Do you need to keep track of the speech time and be able to start and manage polls or voting?

With CORA, you can! Thanks to the ‘drag and drop’ function it is very simple to replace attendees to the correct seat. CORA has a user-friendly interface that allows you to manage your meeting from just a tablet or PC.

CORA lets you show picture in picture with metadata like name and time. Control of the camera, along with video overlayering, live streaming, webcasting, recording and automatic statics is also simple and easy to implement.

With CORA you can check and edit a produced clip, publish it or stream the meeting live and when you’re done, the meeting can be archived!

FOR THE USHERS, CHAIRMANS AND MORE

When an usher (or someone else) is desired, CORA allows them to simply prepare a meeting in Excel. Meeting data, such as delegate’s name and agenda are easily controlled from a tablet or PC. The agenda, delegates, cameras, microphones, voting results, presentations, recording and web streaming are all controlled from one simple interface.

It is possible to show picture in picture, picture next to picture, switch between public and confidential, video overlaying, automatic camera control.

The interface is straightforward and very simple to use! All in just one box.

AUTOMATIC CAMERA CONTROL

Control up to 8 full HD cameras by hand or let the system automatically zoom in and turn to the active speaker. No additional video mixer is needed!

VIDEO OVERLAYING

Multiple video overlay functionalities are supported simultaneously. If there are two delegates speaking simultaneously, the system will automatically crop both video feeds and put them into a split-screen.

You can easily show the delegate’s name, party, speech time, tickertape, voting results and other information layered on the video signal.

LD7 is also available as a managed service. This is the worry-free solution. We will provide it all! From A-Z. With the managed service no investment, time nor money, is needed.

IN-HOUSE USERS

For the in-house users it is important to have reliable encoding, recording and live streaming, for editing, review and search when needed. CORA captures audio and video feeds from your meeting rooms. It creates the live streams you need for webcasting and records all the formats you desire for transcription, web publication, archiving and broadcast services. At the same time it will automatically capture all relevant metadata, such as speaker names and agenda items. Designed for multi-lingual operation, creating live streams and Video-on-Demand files can easily be done for each language individually. Automatic 24/7 cyclic buffer recording. Never miss a meeting!

After recording, review the meeting and prepare for publishing by correcting possible errors and fine tuning data. Publish the recorded content to a website, an internal network or portal or long-term archive. Browsing through the material and searching for specific items and/or fragments is easy by searching the metadata information.

CORA offers the functionalities for each department with the in-house users, such as broadcast services, web services, archiving and other departments.

STATE OF THE ART RECORDING

CORA replaces your current meeting recorder with a “state of the art” recording device. It supports recording of incoming signals in an open standard file format (H.264/AAC). The unique 24/7 continuous recording buffer stores all signals for 5 days; it is the key to our “never miss a meeting” motto. It allows you to always navigate back through the last 5 days and “record” and publish meetings afterwards. No worries, if you forgot to start a recording or the automated recording system did not work! Multiple security levels will prevent unauthorized access and use of your recordings. CORA provides security settings that allow definition of access restrictions per meeting or per part of a meeting. The security level can even be changed during a meeting.

CREATE EASY VIDEO-ON-DEMAND FILES

When the meeting is stopped, the CORA will create Video-on-Demand files in MP4 format (AAC or MP3 for audio only systems). The multi-lingual models will produce one file for each language separately. Each file will have its own accompanying XML file describing the contents of the file, including metadata events.
