CONVECTION is heat transfer by the movement of hot air in the oven.

The heat element in the oven heats up and the fan at the back of the oven moves the hot are around.

Hot Air rises through the food and cooks it At the top of the oven it cools and falls again

to be heated up by the element and the process starts again.

In an oven, the heated air cooks the food.
