Since my last letter to you, I am pleased to report that Elgen’s growth and market presence has continued to gain momentum. As we grow our customer base and product offerings, we understand the importance of continuing to find new ways to improve the level of service we provide. Ensuring that our customers receive the right product, at the right place, at the right time, and at the level of quality they have come to expect from Elgen will be the primary focus of our efforts.

In aligning with this goal, we have begun to re-evaluate all of our systems and processes to identify areas of opportunity for improvement. We have rolled out a state of the art ERP system and are in the final stages of integrating an inventory and order management system. These new tools will provide real time visibility throughout the lifecycle of an order from order entry, to the manufacturing of custom components, and finally shipment dispatch.

Elgen recognizes that our most valuable assets are our people and that their hard work on the front lines, are the driving force for positive change. Together, we have begun a LEAN journey to instill a culture of striving for continuous improvement in all that we do. Each day, we share our struggles and collaborate on new methods to implement sustainable solutions and elimi-nate waste in our processes.
