The C -/%"%*" A#"' r "6 (;ocal 9od .ro6ect 7anctioning /''ro$al /uthorit De$elo'ment/uthorit ) shall issue detailed directions with regard to 'ro'er management of deconstruction,construction and demolition waste within its 6urisdiction in consonance with these rules5 The ;ocal9od .ro6ect 7anctioning /''ro$al /uthorit De$elo'ment /uthorit shall see% detailed 'lan froman indi$idual entit regarding an construction demolition acti$it as a 'reBre@uisite5 The 'lan shallchal% out stages, methodolog , and e@ui'ment use, material in$ol$ed in the o$erall acti$it and finalclean u' after com'letion of the 6o 5 The a''lication should s'ecificall mention if an industrialha3ardous to&ic material nuclear contamination is in$ol$ed e&'ected5 The com'etent authoritshall see% assistance from rele$ant authorities e&'ert organi3ations in case of nuclear highl to&icmaterial5 The com'etent authorit shall also ensure that such s'ecial categories of waste do not getmi&ed with the normal deconstruction, construction and demolition (C D) waste stream of the cit 5

4t shall ma%e arrangements for 'lacement of a''ro'riate containers (s%i's or other containers) andtheir remo$al at regular inter$als or when the are filled either through own resources or a''ointing
