Participants have reached the highest level of competency regarding the use of the Availability WorkbenchTM . This workshop is to put their skills to good use by applying them to some common challengers facing Reliability professionals.

On the first day they will use Availability WorkbenchTM to Calculate Lifecycle Costs for plant and equipment. This workshop guides students through scenario comparisons determining payback periods, return on investment and comparing alternative scenarios to justify capital for new plant or upgrading plant or continuing to repair older plant.

On day 2 participants will use the Process Reliability module to identify production losses and model improvements and demonstrate the impact of those improvements on the production profile.
