SCREEN PRINTingLAsER ETCHing

Utilizing laser technology, we can etch a design on a variety of fabrics. The end result differs by fabric, but is always a precise, clean mark that offers a unique, upscale look. Etching can go over seams and zippers allowing for unique logo placements.

We offer a variety of decorative inks to make your logo or design really stand out. From high-density inks that add texture to liquid foil inks that make your logo shine, Vantage has the inks and experience to create the best screen printing in the industry.

LAsER APPLIQUÉ

Vantage’s laser appliqué embellishment creates a unique detailed design using single or multiple fabric layers. A laser beam is used to cut the appliqué fabric revealing a fine, detailed design. Vantage offers a vari-ety of stock and custom appliqué fabrics and colors.

Laser cut logos are created using appliqué combined with detail stitching.

A variety of distressing options give any logo a unique look.

Etching on UltraSuede and our camp shirts leaves a tonal mark.

Felt appliqué lettering looks great on fleece and tees. Simulated four-color process is available on dark colors.Pigment is removed from denim leaving a natural mark.

MULTI-MEDIAHEAT TRANSFERsDIGITAL PRINTING

This eco-friendly, water-based process prints from a computer file directly onto a garment resulting in a soft, slightly washed down design. Best on whites and light colors, it’s a great option for low quantity orders as well as multi-colored designs.

Heat transfers offer a variety of looks for product em-bellishment. All of our transfers require an initial pro-duction minimum; however, Vantage will stock them for up to six months and apply at 24 piece minimums for on-demand product fulfillment.

Vantage’s expertise in a variety of decoration tech-niques allows us to offer exciting multi-media designs. Choose from stock designs that we can customize with your logo or our talented designers can create a special multi-media embellishment for your logo.

Eco-friendly, multi-colored detailed designs can be achieved with digital printing.

Laser etching and appliqué can be combined in a variety of ways.

Printed transfers have a screen print look but can be applied at any time.

Photo imaging produces a detailed realistic print. Digital printing can be enhanced by adding a studded heat transfer.
