1. A revamped recruiting message that invites people interested in a professional work environment to join the Collaboratory.
2. New tools for the option of recruiting members to defined positions, including a job description template on the wiki and a Google docs application form.
3. No more un-announced guests. Instead respond as you deem appropriate to new member applications.
