City Building Permits - continued
Architectural Committee
City permit sign must be visibly posted on your property during construction.
If not, city building department will be contacted to ensure whether or not your home improvement requires a permit.
City building inspectors ensure that the project you are building is safe and compliant with proper zoning and building codes. Inspections protect you, your neighbors, and the people who may live in your house after you.
Obtaining a permit from the city does not constitute approval from the AC. You must first receive AC approval before beginning any project.

This committee is currently in need of a chairperson who can help coordinate the efforts of the committee with the Police and get our neighborhood certified as a Crime Watch Neighborhood.
As always, we need as many eyes out there as
possible. Do you jog or walk in the morning, late at night or during the day? Do you come home for lunch, work from your home or work in the area? If so, you can be part of our security by simply watching for any suspicious activity and calling the Police to check it out.
