Get into your assigned group 2. You will be handed a case study of a Supreme Court case at random 3. Read your case study 4. ID both sides of the case 5. ID the constitutional issue and amendment related to the case 6. Write a page summary of the background of the case and the Supreme Court decision 7. Write a paragraph about your personal opinion of the decision 8.
