Schedule for The City Bar,Bar ServeryThe bar servery will be refurbished in a sleek and contemporary style, decorated in line with the industrial feel of the pub. Works will include: • Installing a brand-new backfitting, with mirrored and tiled sections to create an eye-catching display of the

premium offer. • Creating a new beer tap on the rear wall. • Adding new full height brick slips to the centre column. • Adding a new rustic timber bar top.• Refacing the bar front to create a more attractive approach. • Laying a Victorian tile bar apron.• Adding filament lighting over the bar for a chic, ambient effect.Bar AreaThe main bar area will be completely refurbished with a mix of modern and exposed finishes, establishing an attractive feel throughout. This will create a fantastic uptempo space for customers to enjoy casual drinking with friends and family. Works will include: • Laying a mixture of timber herringbone and reclaimed pine flooring throughout, to divide the space and add

character. • Adding a feature section of inset tiling to one area of floor. • Adding areas of lounge seating to the front of the pub, with soft leather barrel chairs and low level tables. • Constructing new fixed booths out of reclaimed timbers at the rear of the pub, with integrated USB sockets

to each. • Dividing each booth with planters, to soften the space. • Adding an eclectic mix of bar furniture throughout, including a fixed seating bay, sharing tables, bar stools

and chairs upholstered in a variety of soft leathers and contemporary patterned fabrics.• Decorating walls in a variety of finishes, including brick slips, reclaimed boarding with bric-a-brac and walls

with feature planting hung in a mixture of crates at various heights. • Installing screens to the space for privacy, constructed from raw steel with ribbed glass sections. • Installing a new cabinet with glazed doors to display 3D bric-a-brac behind the fixed seating bay, adding

vibrancy and interest. • Adding two TVs and AWP machines to the space for entertainment. • Installing new glazed doors in place of the front windows, increasing light and vision into the space. • Installing new industrial and reclaimed-style lighting to suit the mood of the pub.
