had not yet been accomplished in those 40 years.

In spite of strong warnings by spiritualists not to go to Kwangju, Father determined to go to the last rally.Just at the time Father stood on the podium, Heung-jin Nim had a traffic accident in America (12.22).

Father prayed, “Please let God’s Will be advanced through Heung-jin’s sacrifice.

Please let everything become united.”

Father gave Heung-jin Nim as an offering to Heaven.

Father did not pray to save his life.

Love overcame death.

Love transcended the sphere of death and the sphere of indirect dominion, where the

condition for Satan’s invasion remained.

- For the sake of True Parents, Heung-jin Nim kept an absolute standard of loyalty and filial piety.

- For the sake of his friends, as representatives of all humanity, he sacrificed himself, establishing the standard of true love.

a. Heung-jin Nim Overcame the Fear of Death

Heung-jin Nim was sent to the spirit world as an “ambassador plenipotentiary” (absolute authority) representing Father, and not because of the disunity of members with Father.

This established the absolute standard of heart and love. Father’s primary concern was the offering of his beloved son for the sake of God and humanity.
