(i) revoked the suspension order im posed on M r O. O. Boardman, a Chem ist and Druggist, on 11th Novem ber, 1958 ;

(ii) restored the nam e of the said M r O. O. Boardm an to the list of Chem ists and D ruggists;

(Hi) issued Chem ist’ s and Druggist’s L icence (No. 03209 of 25th August, 1960) to the said M r 0. O. Boardman.
