DESCRIPTION
This case/complaint is hard to describe. It is complicated and heartbreaking and that these things are occurring in this century boggle the mind. Sherene Lindo was back in court today with Kent County SPCA/First State Animal Center/Delaware Animal Care & Control. Well, not technically with them because they couldn't be bothered to show up. But in court because of them. Her new case will be updated soon.Hemi was ultimately shot and killed under very questionable circumstances.
