605.7)? Throughout this conference year, as district superintendents we have encountered instances where clergy life and official administration have been addressed. We have done our supervisory work, to the best of our ability and with the grace of God. We have had individual conversations; and at times, we have called on consultants to work with us. In some instances, we partnered with one another so that two superintendents or a superintendent and Bishop Devadhar were present in the process. We have taken actions throughout the year with the hope of strengthening pastoral effectiveness in specific appointments. We done our work and made our decisions after much prayer in close conversation with our bishop and one another and in consultation with pastors and staff parish relationship committees. We are at peace with our work and the decisions made. With this statement and being fully aware that “God’s grace is sufficient for us…” 2 Corinthians 12:9 We confess we are not perfect and answer YES to this question.
