MEDIATE EDUCATE MENTOR - Peers Making Peace works to stop the ﬂow of bullying at its source by facilitating discussion between the bully and the bullied. - PMP is a Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Exemplary Program Award winner that is recognized as an Effective Program by the Ofﬁce of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) and is the only peer mediation program recognized and recommended by the U.S. Department of Education. - The presentation No Room for Bullies takes a comprehensive look at the dangers of bullying. - The presentation has been updated in recent years to include new threats like cyberbullying and sexting. - Positive Action Center works to stop bullying in one of the areas where it is most prevalent – at risk youth. - By using students and teachers to mentor students recently admitted to In School Suspension (ISS) and Alternative Education Programs (AEP), PAC changes the mindsets of students before it’s too late.
