Member Security & Recent Scams: Scammers are at it again, this time sending emails that spoof CSE to make it appear they are coming from the credit union. These emails have a link asking you to confirm your login credentials for home banking. CSE will NEVER ask you to confirm your credentials for home banking. If you receive an email asking you to enter your login credentials to verify your online account, please do NOT click any links or give out any information.

If you are ever concerned about the legitimacy of an email or communication, it’s always best to go directly to the trusted source, whether that be a known website or calling a known phone number to reach the entity you are looking for.

Coming Soon: Member Financial Counseling No one has the same roadmap to fnancial success. We realize that, and it proves itself true every day as we work with members. To help more members reach their fnancial goals, we are introducing free Financial Counseling to members! Reggie Lowe, former Branch Manager of the Canton Ofce has transitioned to a new position: Manager of Financial Counseling. In this role, he will work directly with members to put together real, member-driven fnancial success plans. Some of what Reggie will focus on will be:

• Member Financial Counseling • Credit Reviews • Community Education • Budgeting
