The British Belt Company hand crafts the finest English inspired leather goods. The brand is part of Arnold Wills & Co. Ltd, a family owned manufacturer located in Rutland, England’s smallest county.

Our founder Arnold Wills, started the company in 1946, seeing the opportunities in Britain at the time. With a passion for the centuries old traditions of leather working, he quickly built a reputation for the finest leather products, supplying to the most renowned stores of the time.

Despite the changing world we live in, our passion remains the same.

The Wills family maintains a commitment to British manufacturing, that means we still have more than 50 craftsmen in Rutland.

Through our brand, The British Belt Company we delight in being able to bring together the finest leathers, with traditional skills that have been passed through the generations, to produce timeless leather goods and accessories for your enjoyment.

The British Belt Company presents its range of leather goods using essentially British fabrics and leathers, including the performance fabric of Halley Stevenson. Inspired by our culture and heritage the range reflects British sporting and country pursuits.

Our Rutland Belt Collection takes its name from England’s smallest county, in which our leather belts are made. With over 60 years experience, each belt is lovingly hand crafted in our Uppingham factory.
