Our SuitesConnaught SuiteThe Connaught Suite is the largest suite within the Britannia Hotel Coventry
and can accommodate up to a maximum of 300 guests for a sit down
function on straight tables and 250 guests on round tables. It offers
private bar facilities and the balcony area overlooks the famous Coventry
Cathedral. The suite is positioned on the first floor of the hotel and offers
full air conditioning and natural daylight.
Three Spires SuiteThe Three Spires Suite is also on the first floor of the hotel, situated
opposite to the Connaught Suite. Accommodating up to maximum of 100
guests for a sit-down function, this suite offers full bar facilities and air
conditioning. This suite also boasts full balcony access.
Jubilee SuiteThe Jubilee Suite interconnects into the Connaught Suite and can be used
for bar facilities or alternatively 40 guests for a sit-down function. It offers
full air conditioning and works brilliantly for this type of function.
We have tried to inculde all the necessities in our
wedding package, so you can sit back and enjoy
the big day.
We pride ourselves on offering a personal,
bespoke service to our wedding couples, knowing
that one size of package does not suit all.
We offer an assortment of menu choices from our
menu selector inserts that are fully customisable.
Children’s menus, evening buffets and drinks
packages are also available, all created to make
your day special.
Our wedding team will be on hand throughout,
from the very first meeting to the big day!

Menu SelectorOptionsIf you decide you want more options than the wedding
package menu, then we have you covered.
At the Britannia Coventry we offer a Three Course Menu
selection with After Dinner Coffee & Chocolate Mint Crisps.
The price of dinner is dependent on the main course and
we encourage that you choose one option from each
course . Buffet Menus, Canapes and Drinks Packages are
also available.

Civil CeremonyThe Britannia Coventry holds a wedding licence which permits the Civil
Ceremony to be held on the premises.
The arrangements for and the content of each marriage Ceremony must
meet with the prior approval of the Superintendent Registrar of the Coventry
Registration District.
Any reading, music, words or performance which forms part of a Ceremony of
marriage must be secular in nature, for this purpose any such material used by
way of introduction shall be treated as forming part of the Ceremony.
Public access to any Ceremony of marriage solemnised in approved Premises
must be permitted without Charge.
Please be aware that the Hotel does not provide music for the Ceremony.

Registry Office (All costs are subject to change without prior notice, rates are
set by Coventry Registry Office)
