Here are a variety of music magazine front cover that all attract me (the audience) in.

These are the most popular magazine contents pages due to the variety of attractive layouts each magazine has. The next thing you’re going to check after the front cover is the contents so you want them to have drawing features and look professional.

BASIS OF FRONT COVER…

The two brands of magazine’s front cover I have inserted above of where I shall take my information and inspiration from, build on that and merge the two into what I can construct further on.

BASIS OF CONTENTS PAGE…

For my contents I think these two magazine are striking enough to stand out and attract my attention so therefore I shall take them as inspiration and a basis point. I enjoy the way (for vibe(left)) that the image dominates the page and that the information is laid upon the image whereas with NME it approaches with a newspaper fashion and has a set house style for it’s colours for necessary importance showing red, white and black.

DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD BASIS…

Here are the best, most popular double page spreads where there is a large, main, dominating image on the one side often taken in a photo shoot of the person who its about. The title or quote often takes over both pages so we read it’s contrasting output. I shall base my magazine double page spread similarly and follow common trends of others.
