Dear Members,
As you may have heard, Tim Kirby has left Berry Hills by mutual agreement with the Board. The
Board wants to recognize and thank Mr. Kirby for all he did for Berry Hills over the past two
years and extend to him best wishes and continued success in the future.
The new face sitting in the General Manager’s chair is Bob Gray, your most recent Board President
for the past two years. For those of you I haven’t met or may not know me, I am recently retired
from the Thomas Health System after a thirty four year career in senior management.
This is an exciting time to be a member of Berry Hills. Spring is here and there’s lots of exciting
activities scheduled. We’ll be getting our pool ready to open before Memorial Day, the clubhouse
is in beautiful shape after last year’s renovation, and the golf course is starting to come back to
life. Jake Lorenz has agreed to come back for his third year as our Tennis Pro.
Coming out of winter is what makes spring such a good time of the year, and if spring doesn’t
make you feel good again, we have a licensed massage therapist on Mondays and Tuesdays by
appointment. Call the office for your reservation.
Anything you can suggest to make the club better or make your membership more valuable, just
pick up the phone and call me. See you at the club.

2013 Ferrari-Carano Cabernet Sauvignon Vibrant aromatics of wild berry and spince give way to cedar and mocha flavors, complimenting the lingering sweet notes of vanilla bean and caramel from aging 16 months in French oak barrels, giving this wine im-pressive character and finesse. 25.00/bottle
