Does size matter?Well ladies and gents, the answer is yes. Wine experts agree that wine from large bottles lasts longer and tastes better than when matured in regular sized bottles. A larger bottle maintains overall consistency of the wine and slows the ageing process. It allows the flavours to fully develop, intermingle and become more homogeneous.
