Pre-Reception Dinner Long table dinners with exclusive use of the venue on the eve of your wedding allow you to relax and enjoy the company of family and close friends. Select from our current Seasonal fine dining menu and estate grown wines. Minimum spend is $1500. Restaurant closes at 9pm.

Post-Reception Brunch Continue the celebrations with a Sunday morning brunch in our deck restaurant. A wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind after the big day before saying goodbye to your guests. Bookings essential.

Venue Hire Fees There is a Flame Hill Vineyard venue hire fee. The fee for hire of the property would be $1,500.

Music Live Music has some restriction. We welcome 2-3 piece bands (acoustic only). Maximum of 85db is permitted and will be closely

monitored throughout the event. Please have your musicians contact us directly to discuss music facilities. Children’s Menu Please speak with your wedding coordinator in regards to your requirements and pricing.

Beverages on consumption Bar tabs and beverages on consumption are available. Minimum spend is required. Please ask your wedding coordinator for further information.

Wedding Cake Your wedding cake sliced and placed on a platter or bagged/boxed in your packaging is included in all packages. Plated and served with cream and coulis is an additional $3.50 per person.

Supplier Meals Meals for your suppliers are available from $50 per person.

Special Dietary Requirement Meals Please contact your wedding coordinator for further information. This includes Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free and Allergies Inclusions All reception packages include linen tablecloths and napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cake knife, skirted bridal table, gift table, and barrel for wedding cake. Your wedding coordinator will place out your wedding favours/bonbonniere, place cards, seating plan, guest book and pen. Inclusions for your ceremony consist of 24 ceremony chairs, scattered rose petal aisle, barrel for signing of the registry, iced water station and ceremony rehearsal.

Complimentary Barrel Port A glass of Flame Hill Barrel Port is offered complimentary to each of your guests, served with the cheese & condiments plates.

Wedding Professionals Please do not hesitate to contact us for recommendations on other wedding professionals in the Hinterland Region. All suppliers must be approved by Flame Hill Vineyard prior to the event. Please have all your wedding suppliers contact us to confirm delivery, set up and pack down for your wedding day.

Weather Be sure to ask your guests to bring a jacket, as it can be surprisingly chilly here in the Hinterland all year round.

Planning from a distance Our events team would love to assist you in creating your special day. If you are planning your wedding from a distance and are not able to visit the vineyard, we are able to organise your wedding day with you through email and phone communication.
