The Blue Rose Project was designed as an Entertainment Destination unto itself. The Blue Rose design was inspired by the big city sophistication of New York, the sizzling passion of Miami and the nighttime energy of Las Vegas. The Blue Rose was designed by a group of world renowned Architects and was awarded the highly acclaimed “ Visionary Project of the Year” by the Florida Builders & Developers Alliance and the prestigious “Real Estate Deal of the Year” by The Orlando Business Journal. The Orlando Ski World will bring unparallel success to the project. The Blue Rose project will be the only hotel project that encompass

it’s own theme park. The Orlando Ski World will consist of a 300,000 square feet state-of-the-art Indoor Ski Slope with approximately 500 7-star ultra- luxury hotel suites that will be located inside the ski dome. Also inside the ski dome there will be a myriad of retail and restaurants.

The restaurants and retail locations within The Orlando Ski World will bring a unique flavor to the project and the main attraction will be the restaurant located 300 feet up inside the ski slope at the top of the summit.

The Grand Lobby, set amidst lush tropical landscaping and highlighted by cascading waterfalls and breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, will be the dramatic entrance to The Blue Rose. The Grand Lobby will feature the American Bandstand - Food Network Café with its Atrium Stage. Adjacent to the Grand Lobby will be over 100,000 square feet of convention and meeting space that will be able to use the Theatre during the day in conjunction with the convention and meeting space. The property will also have 50, 00 square feet of retail and commercial spaces.

The Blue Rose and The Orlando Ski World collection of resort amenities will be unrivaled and the guest will never really need or want to leave The Blue Rose. 1. Orlando Ski World – Indoor ski slope A state of the art 300,000 square feet Indoor ski slope designed by Acer Snow Mec the company with the revolutionary patented technology behind Ski Dubai.

2. St. Moritz HotelA 7-star hotel designed as a Swiss Chalet consisting of 500 suites located inside the indoor ski dome.

3. Children Ice Park & Skating Rink The Indoor ski slope will also be home to a Children’s Ice Park that will also feature meeting and banquet facilities.

4. Swann Lake Promenade / Orlando Ski World Lobby The Swann Lake Promenade and the Orlando Ski World lobby will encompass an additional 100,000 Sq. Ft. that will house the amenities of the project as well as a variety of retail spaces.

LEED CERTIFICATION SUMMARY

It is the intention of the owner ( The Blue Rose Orlando LP ) and the developer ( Quorum

Development Group ) to have The Blue Rose project achieve the highest level of LEED certification ( Platinum ) . It is also the intention of Quorum Development Group that after the completion of the construction of the project that the operations of the project meet the highest LEED performance measures. Quorum Development Group is working together with Morris Architects (Project Architect) to ensure that The Blue Rose project has sustainable building strategies that are considered early in the development cycle. Quorum Development Group has taken an integrated project team approach to the LEED certification and has involved the owner, architects, engineers, interior designer, landscape architect, contractor, and asset and property management staff in the process. Implementing an integrated, systems-oriented approach to green project design, development and operations will yield synergies and improve the overall performance of The Blue Rose project. At the present time, the project has completed 100% of design development plans. The initial LEED assessments will begin as is customary during the design development phase of the project. Quorum Development Group anticipates a five day charrette that will bring the project team together to evaluate and articulate the project's goals and the LEED certification level sought.

Quorum Development Group recognizes that there are significant environmental and financial benefits to earning LEED certification. It is the intention of Quorum Development Group that The Blue Rose will be LEED-certified buildings designed to: 

-Lower operating costs and increase asset value. -Reduce waste sent to landfills. -Conserve energy and water. -Be healthier and safer for occupants. -Reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions. -Qualify for tax rebates, zoning allowances and other incentives.
