Black Jack were created in 1995 by Gerasimos Anastasopoulos, a musician with many years of experience in the Greek jazz scene. Their music is a typical example of the dance music of New Orleans at the turn of the century (Dixieland, Rhumba, Charleston, Blues e.t.c.) as well as Swing Standards of the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.

Their CD album, entitled «All The Cats Join In», was released in 1999, a joint project with LEGEND RECORDS.

Blackjack have appeared in all of Athens’ jazz clubs, festivals, parties, theaters, concert halls and in many towns all over Greece. They have collaborated with amazing show men and vocalists. Since 2009 they Swing The floors with the multitalented vocalist Nastazia Beikof.
